Service was quick and on time- only let down by all the bulbs being smashed due to absence of protection in plastic bag- plus side was that phone call sent fresh set out same day correctly wrapped- thanks Mandy Martin

Very good service and knowledgeable about complicated switch from halogen to led down lighters this is quite a bit more differcult than one would think

Ordered Wednesday evening, arrived Friday morning. Ordering online was straightforward though the confirmation email did not arrive. I called to check the order. Phone answered immediately and order confirmed. The receptionist also checked the tracking which was accurate. I was very satisfied and would use again.

My items have still not been delivered and the tracking number you have provided for TNT does not exist on the TNT system so I am unable to track this parcel.

Hi Keith, Sorry to hear your goods haven't arrived yet. Our system shouldn't have provided you with a TNT tracking number, as your goods are coming directly from Crompton and we are unable to provide any tracking for those orders I'm afraid. I shall get one of our customer care teams to get in touch with Crompton on Monday when they re-open for business to chase down your parcel for you and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I found the site difficult and ordered tubes with the wrong fitting t5 instead of t8, I am still waiting for the return authorisation.

Next day delivery as standard? we took this with a pinch of salt but they were delivered just after lunch!! We had just ordered a new lighting bar for the kitchen. It came with 6 LU halogen bulbs rated at 50w - a total of 300w. If anything that was too bright. Having studied your web site, I had a choice of 3.5 or 5w LEDS and took a risk on the lower wattage - result?........... just the right level ....and our consumption dropped from 300w to21w! .......to say nothing of bulb life.

Hi Peter, I know some things do look too good to be true on the internet, but rest assured our Next Day Delivery as standard isn't one of them! ;-) Glad to hear our website helped you in deciding which LED's you needed. That's a lot of energy you have saved yourself there. You should hopefully see a difference over the next few months in your energy bills too, which is the main reason why we recommend LED. Hi Steve, Sorry to hear you haven't received your goods yet. Our TNT system shows that they were signed for on the 27th February by a 'P Tarrent'. I shall get one of our customer care reps to chase up the order for you on Monday and get in touch with some more information. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

unfortunately when they was delivered by dhl both bulbs was smashed to pieces so they was unusable therefore I would not order them online again.

Hi Lynette, I'm sorry to hear your goods arrived damaged. We always try our best to package our goods in a way that will protect them in transit, although sometimes accidents happen. Did you get in touch with our customer care team regarding replacements? I shall get one of our team to give you a call and we'll get some more bulbs shipped out to you ASAP! Excellent service and good value but delivery by TNT not so good despite telephone calls and internet communication. It is difficult to call it prompt delivery even though TNT called twice whilst we were out despite being informed of this and did not leave the small items I had ordered. Still trying to track down a delivery date. This is not the fault of Bulbs2Go.

Bought 10 LED bulbs from Bulbs2Go, however one developed a fault. I contacted them by phone and it was replaced within days - no questions asked. A very efficient company with polite employees.
