“Excellent company to deal with. Prompt delivery and good, personal email communication. Sensible delivery charges too. One of my packages didn't arrive (courier problem) and following an email from me they telephoned and a replacement was with me the next day. What more could I wish for? :) I will be buying from them again and recommend them highly on my experience of dealing with them. David”

“To be honest I wasn't expecting much for the money I paid per bulb (around 2 quid), but they arrived next day carefully packaged and in excellent condition. The only thing that didnt work was the tracking number but it was a bit pointless anyway when they arrived less than 24 hrs after i ordered them.”

Tracking numbers do sometimes take a while to enable and like you say, sometimes by the time they do the goods are already at your doorstep! “Tried to order on-line initially, but there seemed to be a problem when it came to making the payment, it just wouldn't take it. I then decided to phone the order through instead, the Lady I spoke to was very helpful, took my order, and then tried to take my debit card payment, wouldn't take it. I was put on hold for a short while, while she spoke to someone else, when she came back she still couldn't complete the transaction. I will phone you back very shortly she said, while I get help from a computer technician, OK i said. True to her word, she phoned me back in a few minutes, to advise that they had a problem, which had now been sorted, my order was now complete, and the goods would be dispatched that afternoon, it was now 14:30. 10:30 the following morning FedEx were at the door with my order from Normanton to East Hertfordshire, what service. I know there were problems with the ordering process, but 10 out of 10 for customer service, absolutely brilliant. Thank You Andy Houghton”
