“I made a mistake in my original order which was dealt with immediately and without question. I was advised that the bulbs I had meant to order were discontinued and new versions recommended at a lower price. These arrived the following day. All in all very good and efficient service, thank you.”

“Price very affordable. The packaging was very appropriate, nevertheless the item arrived broken. Excellent customer service, received refund immediately. Excellent cheap next day delivery as well. Will recommend and buy from again.”

We do try our best to package goods for transit but sometimes accidents can happen and I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Glad to hear our CC team was able to help however! “I ordered some face plates which i needed the next day. After placing the order i got an email receipt. As i wanted to know if the goods would be dispatched that day i emailed them for confirmation, but the email to support@electricalguys.co.uk, bounced back saying mailbox unavailable, so i then phoned the 0844 number (this grated me as calling these numbers from a mobile always incurs a cost. However i spoke to a very helpful lady who confirmed my order would be dispatched that day for a next day delivery, and she then confirmed that back in an email. I then got a further email later on with all the tracking details. Overall very please with the service and price and i will be using them again.”
