“Flies themselves are well tied and great quality. What's frustrating is the proportion of orders which are delivered tied on hooks which are not the size ordered.”

“Having placed my order a week later my order had not arrived. I went to my account only to discover that one of the items ordered was out of stock therefore the order could not be fulfilled. A few days later I called and spoke with a helpfull lady who checked to see when your delivery was due.As luck would have it the delivery had arrived that morning. The rest was plain sailing. The disapointment was due to a lack of communication after the order was placed.A email stating an item was out of stock and therefore the order would be delayed would of been appreciated.”

“I purchased some items as a Christmas gift so I am not able to comment on their performance. however the itmes received were of obvious high quality and i am sure the recipient will be delighted with them. Customer service was exceptional, i was kept fully informed of my orders progress as it was for special order items, it was them delived safely within the advised timeframe.”

“Great service,quick delivery,excellent products,very helpfull and freindly staff. The dirty bug yarn i bought is a very good product its a three strand twisted yarn that can split down for mach smaller flies helping to make small fine tapered bodies on size 18 or smaller dry flies.”
