“Never received order , was told to contact the third party delivery company myself to chace up my order . There was proof that it was at my door but not in or around my property when i got home . Was told nothing could be done now but it takes 3 months to get a response from royal mail . Will not be using this company again . Its only a small order but its thr principle i have been left out of pocket . Was told i would get a phone call back didnt happen also told i had been contacted twice when i havent . Sorry for thr review but i am truly disappointed”

Hello Mr Rackham Thank you for your recent order of flies. We are sorry you did not receive our communications. Our team were in touch with you on 2 occasions explaining that one of the flies was not available and offered to swap it for you. We were waiting to hear back on this but unfortunatley did not get a reply. We then replied to your email reiterating this offer but again, received no reply. Its entirely possible that our emails have gone into your spam folder? It would be reassuring please if you could check on this. As you are aware, we dispatched your flies and refunded you for the missing fly. We do hope this explanation is helpful to you as we would very much like to be of help to you again in the future. We do pride ourselves on our customer service and would never intentionally avoid customer communications. So if ever you are not hearing back from us and you need to check on anything, we are always available during office hours on the phone. “Great service. When a few flies were not available I was contacted and asked what replacements I would like. Flies had a two to three week delivery on them but arrived just before two weeks. I will purchase items again from this supplier.”

“The items eventually arrived and we're as ordered and of good quality. I find it a bit weird that items advertised on the website are not stocked and there is a substantial delay in delivering the ordered items. Overall a good service but no more than that.”

“Great piece of kit and at a great price. It's very well made and although I have yet to use it in anger, thus far I am very pale with it. I am sure that it won't disappoint. Fast efficient delivery and service. I would highly recommend the Essential Fly.”
