“As ever TEF delivered, literally with a high speed delivery AND the exemplary service, which I'm pleased to say is nothing more than usual for them in my experience. Having placed one order, then being inspired for further purchases, the fellow I spoke with was more than agreeable to my thought of combining the two orders into one delivery. Common sense some might say, but in these days of 'computer says no' (or human for that matter) it was refreshing to find common ground so easily. Further communication with Phillippa was, as ever, easy, friendly and a bit of a laugh, and I may be wrong, but it seems some consideration is given to the additional 'Free Gifts' that accompany my orders, for which I'm also grateful. Really happy to have TEF as my main go to for flies. Thanks for running such a fantastic enterprise. :-)”
