“EF carries one of the best ranges of fly tying products I am aware of. Many of the items I cannot find in the US are usually available at EF. Customer service is outstanding and EF keeps the customer informed when an item is unavailable or on backorder. EF has become one of three online fly shops I always go to when ordering fly tying materials. Now that Greys and Snowbee rods have become difficult to find in the US I will order any future rods through EF.”

“I had seen other customers comments and they were very positive so I placed a small order, it arrived very promptly, all items were correct and well packaged. I can't wait until the next fishing trip. I ordered a reel and line from another source and with just the one item to pack and ship they got it wrong ! Keep up the good work !”

“A mistake was made in an order for some wet flies, but I was treated with the greatest deal of courtesy by Anne, who proved extremely helpful in sorting things out, and then to my astonishment, when I offered to post back the incorrect flies, was told to keep them and that perhaps they might bring me good fortune. I shall let the Essential Fly if the dry flies sent in error did attract any brownies on the lochs. I have subsequently ordered more equipment from the Essential Fly, because I rate their prices and their service.”
