“I ordered and payed for two of an item, but unfortunately due to a sorting error I only received one. I sent an email to the customer service and within 20 minutes had a reply explaining the error. Later that day I received another email saying my item was on its way. I received it the next day. Fantastic.”

“I purchase most of my tying material online as I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan....there are very few stores and it's a long way between them, but the fishing is second to none! Your business reply's to my order the day I make it and keeps me informed as to where in the process it is....unlike most of the others I have dealt with.
