“Website and email confirmation were efficient but I have yet to receive my order due to Xmas post. Looking forward to receiving the flies. Member of staff contacted me to say the flies were dispatched within 2 working hours of my placing the order and should order not be received within 10 days, they will resend with no additional cost. Excellent customer service. Thanks”

“In such a competitive business as retailing flytying materials, a decision has to be made with regard to how wide a range to offer and, perhaps more importantly, the quality of the materials offered. I believe that the Essential Fly has struck just the right balance. It would be the icing on the cake if customers were able to suggest products at present unavailable that mate stocked in future should the demand be sufficient. David E.A Jones.”
