“I was kept informed and up to date on my orders and their progress. Although delays occurred which were not caused by The Essential Fly they went far beyond what I would have expected and did everything within their abilities to rectify the problems. I will not hesitate to use them as a supplier for any of my future needs as regards fly tying and gear.”
