“I can only say that I was absolutely delighted with the bouquet I ordered recently, & so too were the recipients. What I was especially pleased about was the fact that I had ordered two helium balloons to be included & although I hadn't asked for them to say Happy Anniversary (as there was no provision on the on-line order form to do so) whoever had made up the order had read the greeting of Happy Golden Wedding & put golden wedding balloons on too. It's that kind of personal attention to detail that makes the Flower Emporium such a pleasure to deal with. If you want flowers in the Heaton's this is the place to go!”

“I have ordered flowers for my mum, from The Flower Emporium for many years and have never been disappointed. The staff are always extremely efficient and courteous. The Flower Emporium has a wide range of arrangements to choose from, which always arrive promptly, in excellent condition and are very long lasting. I would highly recommend them.”

“I have used the Flower Emporium for many years even though I don't live that side of Manchester and have never been other than impressed with the staff, the service and the flowers. I have ordered flowers for family and friends over the years, and also received flowers from the Flower Emporuim . I don't even specify colours or particular flowers now as I leave it up to the staff who have never let me down. This week they have done a beautiful autumn arrangement for my sisters anniversary Thank you!”

“I ordered a planted all-weather pot to sit beside the headstone of my parents grave at the interment of their ashes. The order was taken carefully and with interest and a call later confirmed the pot that had been chosen. The planted pot was available for collection as promised and it was absolutely beautiful. The plants chosen fitted exactly the specifications and I know that the plants and colours would have pleased my parents greatly. They certainly pleased the family. “I wanted a special arrangement for my cousin's 50th birthday. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful making suggestions about the choice of flowers and the various designs she could arrange. I went for a modern design with some tropical/ unusual flower varieties. It arrived on the requested day and my cousin said the arrangement was spectacular and that she was delighted with it! I have used the Flower Emporioum many times before and will definitely use them again! Thank you!”

“Love this shop! Always had amazing flowers from here and they last ages! Great for when you forget a birthday.. which i do all the time, as they also have lots of gorgeous little gifts too! Would definately recommend! I don't go anywhere else now the staff are great too! Very friendly and know their stuff! xx”

“The shop offers a wide range of flowers, balloons, gifts and anything else you may forget you need. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to ensure your experience is as stress free as possible. By far the longest lasting flowers I have purchased and the excellent customer service always adds the cherry to the top. Buy your flowers and gifts from the Emprium, you won't be disappointed, I certainly wasn't. Thanks Mrs Rimmer x”

“I bought the flowers as a birthday gift for my mum who's face was a picture when she opened the door. To stunning display of flowers,beautiful colours and excellently presented. Delivered on time and they have lasted well highly recommend”

“Initially telephoned from Scotland to confirm that they could accommodate me by delivering within a one hour time slot on a specific day. Gentleman confirmed they could and kindly offered to take order on phone but I was still considering options available on their web site. Ordered with ease online from a wide choice. Aunt delighted with the beautiful arrangement received. Would recommend.”
