The credenza doors do not close and there's things on it and I called the store and talked to my salesman Thomas then I talked to Meg and they just gave me the runaround and now I have to wait over a month to get the repair people out here terrible customer service passing the buck do not shop here it is no bargain when everything is broken

When ordering a chair, we decided to pay in full anticipating quick and easy delivery. Now seven weeks later, we are still waiting. Contact w store employees have been fruitless and frustrating. No call backs, senseless excuses, negative attitudes as they are tired of hearing from us. We decided to file a dispute w our credit card for a credit . Not waiting any longer.

We paid for our order IN FULL in the amount of $1,700.91 (including shipping of $460.93) on August 9th. We were told that by paying IN FULL at that time (including the shipping), we were guaranteed that we would get the furniture as soon as it came in. We were advised that it would be in by the 2nd week of September. We were later informed that the store would have the pieces by October 9th and that I was "already on the shipping calendar." However, I didn't hear from them by that date and I had to reach back out to them. On October 19th, I received a voicemail due to an increase in shipping charges. In the voicemail, it was stated that the total shipping charges would be be $800. As far as a resolution, I asked that Furniture Warehouse eat the additional $300 or so in shipping and send our pieces immediately. We purchased these items from them was because we were assured that you would be able to get them to us by mid-September compared to other vendors. However, they now refuse to send us the furniture we paid for.

We liked the price, the furniture, the employees. We didn't like the fact that the delivery dates kept being pushed back on the items that were not in stock. Tom Smith
