“I was very disappointed with customer service esp. our sales associate who btw is the store manager. South Sarasota. Actions speak louder than words. Had to call multiple times to have our entire order correctly delivered. Would never shop here again.”

“Stay away ! Spent over $5k over 3 months ago and still have not received $1600 worth of furniture. From the salesman to the supervisor to the customer service, all they do is lie. They will never return a phone call. Only option left now is small claims court.”

“Went in to buy a love seat to match our couch because the cushions on loveseat turned a black color from dye from pants I suppose. The sales associate offered to get us cushions for the loveseat so we were thrilled with that and ordered them and paid for them. This was in June. We were told it would be a couple of weeks. We just received the cushions today and it is October 3.. Went to the store a few times and was told well I did you a favor and when they come in, I’ll call you. no one would track the cushions. No one would find out where they were so eventually in September we went to the store talk to the store manager, who was very nice and said we could deal with him from now on and he ordered them for us and we got them today. . we furnished our house from this location when we first moved to Venice and we were happy with everything and the treatment we got when we inquired about the cushions or went to the store to find out if anybody could find out where they were really really bad so we had to go to the store manager and thank God we did because he sobbed the problem but in the meantime, we are not going back there and my brother just moved here and he will not be going there and he has a whole house of furniture to purchase, so I don’t know if they have new people since we bought everything four years ago, but this experience was horrifying. Sales associate should never tell a customer I did you a favor, that is your job and I’ve been in customer service for 30 years and if I ever treated a customer that way I would have been fired.”

“DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! I am beyond frustrated with the service at this store. I purchased a bedroom set back in July, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Initially, I was promised that the bed would be delivered promptly, with the dresser and night tables following in the first week of September. However, after waiting patiently and paying for my furniture, I called today to inquire about the status of my order. To my disbelief, I was informed that due to manufacturing delays, I won't receive the dresser and night tables until the end of November—four months after my initial purchase! This is absolutely ridiculous. How can a store be so incompetent that they can't manage to deliver basic bedroom furniture on time? I am deeply disappointed with this store's lack of transparency and their inability to fulfill their promises. It's unacceptable that I have to wait this long for furniture that I've already paid for. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping here to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and hassle—I wish I had chosen a more reliable store.”

“Mattress not delivered with the bed...still waiting 3 weeks later! Advised dates we are away and lo and behold get a call to say will be delivered while we are away! If its not here next week i am getting a refund!”

“My husband and I went to the Ellenton store twice, the first time we were waited on by Jeff and he was very informative and helpful. We got delivery the very next day and the delivery people were excellent. The second time we were waited on by Tyler and he was also great! He helped us out and did some measuring for us. We have to wait a few weeks for the piece we bought but not in hurry to get it so the wait is ok. Both Tyler and Jeff were so helpful and friendly that we will be back to buy another piece we need. Thank you Tyler and Jeff!”

“This company has the worst service I have ever encountered. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE and they do not care about keeping their promises. They messed me around with delivery dates for weeks and they do not keep you updated. One day I waited the whole day. They promised to arrive in the morning and despite promises made by the manager throughout the day, they did not even bother to show up!!! The manager promised to personal arrange the delivery but did absolutely nothing. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. I paid a fortune and I still don't have my furniture and no idea when I will receive it.”

“We went to The Furniture Warehouse to purchase new living room furniture because we had purchased bedroom furniture and were very happy with it. Buying the living room furniture was a HUGE mistake. It has not even been a year yet and the couch has had issues from day one. Instead of them trying to keep a customer happy and to possibly return again in the future by replacing the couch, they chose to "send out a repair man to repair it" which we had to wait over two weeks for the repair on one side of the couch. The repairman said that he felt the whole couch on both ends was defective and that it should just be replaced since it was only 8 months old. They could care less. Their "Customer Service" department is not customer friendly at all either. I would steer clear of them or at least shop around before purchasing from them and we will DEFINITELY not be shopping there for anything else in the future. What we purchased is definitely NOT good quality at all and should definitely not be falling apart before it's a year old even!”

“18th Street Ellenton, Fl Special order chair for over $700 and waited almost a year to receive the chair - told 3-6 months. We had to follow up many times because the company didn’t contact us to give us updates. Had chair 8 months before fabric before the side seams started separating. Got the runaround, sent in photos of issues. Asked for credit or money back. They said absolutely not. The company said that this chair ‘must be a lemon’. The company sent 3 different repair people to ‘fix’ the chair but the same problem reoccurred each time. We again asked for credit or money back. The company said no way and that they were done with us and no more help would be available. Poor quality item despite the company moto of ‘the highest quality merchandise’ Nothing but a giant pain and a loss of money. Stay away - far away. Protect your money and spend it elsewhere.”

“I received my order of seven items on Saturday. The 2 delivery guys James and Dario were outstanding! They were both very pleasant. They did an excellent job. They were quick but also took their time do do everything correctly. Nice guys. Best delivery experience I ever had.”

“We live in NJ and recently bought a condo in Lake Suzy and needed to furnish the place. I was told by friends in the area that a lot of stores don't have inventory in stock and being we were on a timeframe of being there a week only we needed to find a place that had something we could get furniture in a short time frame. This place was the first place we went to as soon as we got to Florida and were amazed at the furniture they had. I fell in love with almost everything there. We wound up buying our sectional, master bedroom set, lamps and kitchen table there. The best part about it too was that we went on Monday morning and purchased everything and by Tuesday 10 am all the pieces were delivered to our 2nd floor condo. I absolutley recommend this place for everyone to go. The sales person was easy to talk to and we did not feel pressured at all. I will be going back there in the near future to continue to furniture our condo. Highly highly recommend this store to everyone!”

“I purchased a console table ..had it delivered and it was damaged .took 10 days for the replacement..damaged again ..I have been waiting for the console to be collected but the van broke down today ..cannot have a refund until collected ..no head office number ..no Wisbech store number ..no issue with the staff but this is disgraceful..you took my money when purchased when I returned the second console due to damage I was told no refund via the store 7-10 days as it was a head office responsibility..no response from head office ..incredibly disappointed -unacceptable practice would never shop or advocate visiting this business”

“We just purchased a kitchen table set from the Furniture Warehouse. The staff was very professional and I completed all the paperwork quickly over the phone. I looked around at other furniture stores and discovered that the Warehouse had the best prices and quality by far. We purchased thousands of dollars of furniture from Furniture Warehouse when we first moved in eight years ago and I can tell you the service again was professional and courteous. Also the furniture we had purchased back then looks as new as it did in the show room today.”

“Our sales person, London was fabulous! We purchased and picked up a table and chairs within an hour. Absolutely no issues with our purchase at all. Very happy and will return to the furniture warehouse.!”
