As a customer when I visited the store, Jason approached me then ask few question, after going to other stores, I find the right king size bedroom set. No pressure or upscale, just a pleasant atmosphere. Few days later the delivery was done at my convenience. Great white glove service. The same day after delivery Jason called and asked me if I was happy with my purchase. Yes indeed. Thank you for a pleasant stressless purchase.

I was going to leave a bad review, but there are so many bad reviews without any response from management it seems pointless. They don't even thank the 5 star reviewers.

i would avoid this company at all costs. we ordered a TV surround back in january and we have had to chase them constantly to find out when it was being delivered and when it did finally come, 5 months later it was ex display and covered in scuffs. It took me a further 2 months of constant calls to try and get it exchanged and when it was exchanged the delivery men refused to unpack and take the cardboard even though this was promised, and when i say cardboard it took us 2 trips of a full car to get rid of it at the tip. you can only speak to a store manager, the customer service team are a joke as again all communication is via the store manager and the so called directors are also untouchable. we have purchased 2 large items from this company over a 2 year period and spent a lot of money with them and both times had nothing but issues, therefore i would never spend another penny in these shops. The sales staff are lovely at the time of purchasing but don't be fooled they are full of broken promises and all they want is your money. The delivery men have on all occasions confirmed to me that they constantly have complaints from customers when they deliver items so there is most definitely a theme going on here. don't waste your time or effort with this company they are poor and how they are still in business shocks me

Lacking any form of customer service, maybe they only actually work one day a month? I was ignored for over a week on 2 occasions (1 reply I’m still waiting for, even though delivery has been made in the meantime). I ordered 2 items, 1 was a pre order with up to a 2 month wait and one stated 10 days until delivery… perfect for what we wanted!!! But they decided to push back the 10 days item until delivery item to the 2 month item delivery date without even mentioning/asking. That was a painfully difficult conversation via email, the person (when they decided to respond) really couldn’t understand me and my frustration. In the end it was sorted and the item arrived roughly 2 weeks later than expected. The second item was due BY the end of May, 31st of May came around and still no communication from The Furniture Warehouse. I wrote an email and am still waiting for a response. Our last item was delivered nearly 2 weeks later than advertised. The only good thing about our experience is that we really like the furniture.

Terrible store. I ordered a coffee table and nest of tables on 2nd April. I eventually received the coffee with a crack right through the leg and despite numerous emails have received no response. The nest of tables are yet to arrive after 7 weeks and I suspect they never will!

I ordered garden furniture and was promised delivery would be in 7 to 14 days as the furniture was displayed on shop floor. This was on the 26th April. It is now 14th May and I have not received my furniture or response to my emails enquiries. I have today rang the store (11.14am) and was promised a call back in 10 minutes. Two hours later I call back to be told that they were waiting a response from delivery team. At 17.38 I finally get an update: I am told that hopefully my furniture will be delivered either the 20th or 21st. However this is not guaranteed!!! But they are very sorry, because they are outside their contractual agreement. I will not buy from this store again and would not recommend. Let’s see if I do actually get my furniture next week. 25/26 days after order. Not good enough.

I recently made a purchase from Furniture Warehouse Irthlingborough- 5 items - The delivery was split into 2 consigments as there was a delay on a couple of the items, I wasnt in a hurry for any of the furniture ordered. All the items have since been delivered and and I am very pleased with the quality of the furniture- they look great in my lounge. I was kept informed of progress of my order both by Derek & Suzie who replied promptly to my emails. I have purchased from this company in the past as well and would not hesitate to go there again in the future.

Service by Diane Naratil was excellent could not fault her at all. She was always polite friendly & called me back when she was free if I left a message. We bought all of our furniture from there after our house fire & we are so happy with it, some items are a little more expensive then we expect but over all no complaints. Many Thanks LM

I was very disappointed with customer service esp. our sales associate who btw is the store manager. South Sarasota. Actions speak louder than words. Had to call multiple times to have our entire order correctly delivered. Would never shop here again.

Stay away ! Spent over $5k over 3 months ago and still have not received $1600 worth of furniture. From the salesman to the supervisor to the customer service, all they do is lie. They will never return a phone call. Only option left now is small claims court.

Went in to buy a love seat to match our couch because the cushions on loveseat turned a black color from dye from pants I suppose. The sales associate offered to get us cushions for the loveseat so we were thrilled with that and ordered them and paid for them. This was in June. We were told it would be a couple of weeks. We just received the cushions today and it is October 3.. Went to the store a few times and was told well I did you a favor and when they come in, I’ll call you. no one would track the cushions. No one would find out where they were so eventually in September we went to the store talk to the store manager, who was very nice and said we could deal with him from now on and he ordered them for us and we got them today. . we furnished our house from this location when we first moved to Venice and we were happy with everything and the treatment we got when we inquired about the cushions or went to the store to find out if anybody could find out where they were really really bad so we had to go to the store manager and thank God we did because he sobbed the problem but in the meantime, we are not going back there and my brother just moved here and he will not be going there and he has a whole house of furniture to purchase, so I don’t know if they have new people since we bought everything four years ago, but this experience was horrifying. Sales associate should never tell a customer I did you a favor, that is your job and I’ve been in customer service for 30 years and if I ever treated a customer that way I would have been fired.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! I am beyond frustrated with the service at this store. I purchased a bedroom set back in July, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Initially, I was promised that the bed would be delivered promptly, with the dresser and night tables following in the first week of September. However, after waiting patiently and paying for my furniture, I called today to inquire about the status of my order. To my disbelief, I was informed that due to manufacturing delays, I won't receive the dresser and night tables until the end of November—four months after my initial purchase! This is absolutely ridiculous. How can a store be so incompetent that they can't manage to deliver basic bedroom furniture on time? I am deeply disappointed with this store's lack of transparency and their inability to fulfill their promises. It's unacceptable that I have to wait this long for furniture that I've already paid for. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping here to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and hassle—I wish I had chosen a more reliable store.

Mattress not delivered with the bed...still waiting 3 weeks later! Advised dates we are away and lo and behold get a call to say will be delivered while we are away! If its not here next week i am getting a refund!

Love our new table & chairs, perfect for the kitchen diner. Ordering easy delivery prompt. Nice to have a very pleasant young lady Chloe in the Wisbech store who was extremely helpful.

Ari was very helpful with getting a picture down from up high, that we wanted to look at. She also helped in choosing a lamp that will work for us in our Condo. Highly recommend this store and Ari as a salesperson!
