“I recently made a purchase from Furniture Warehouse Irthlingborough- 5 items - The delivery was split into 2 consigments as there was a delay on a couple of the items, I wasnt in a hurry for any of the furniture ordered. All the items have since been delivered and and I am very pleased with the quality of the furniture- they look great in my lounge. I was kept informed of progress of my order both by Derek & Suzie who replied promptly to my emails. I have purchased from this company in the past as well and would not hesitate to go there again in the future.”

“Service by Diane Naratil was excellent could not fault her at all. She was always polite friendly & called me back when she was free if I left a message. We bought all of our furniture from there after our house fire & we are so happy with it, some items are a little more expensive then we expect but over all no complaints. Many Thanks LM”

“My husband and I went to the Ellenton store twice, the first time we were waited on by Jeff and he was very informative and helpful. We got delivery the very next day and the delivery people were excellent. The second time we were waited on by Tyler and he was also great! He helped us out and did some measuring for us. We have to wait a few weeks for the piece we bought but not in hurry to get it so the wait is ok. Both Tyler and Jeff were so helpful and friendly that we will be back to buy another piece we need. Thank you Tyler and Jeff!”

“I received my order of seven items on Saturday. The 2 delivery guys James and Dario were outstanding! They were both very pleasant. They did an excellent job. They were quick but also took their time do do everything correctly. Nice guys. Best delivery experience I ever had.”

“We live in NJ and recently bought a condo in Lake Suzy and needed to furnish the place. I was told by friends in the area that a lot of stores don't have inventory in stock and being we were on a timeframe of being there a week only we needed to find a place that had something we could get furniture in a short time frame. This place was the first place we went to as soon as we got to Florida and were amazed at the furniture they had. I fell in love with almost everything there. We wound up buying our sectional, master bedroom set, lamps and kitchen table there. The best part about it too was that we went on Monday morning and purchased everything and by Tuesday 10 am all the pieces were delivered to our 2nd floor condo. I absolutley recommend this place for everyone to go. The sales person was easy to talk to and we did not feel pressured at all. I will be going back there in the near future to continue to furniture our condo. Highly highly recommend this store to everyone!”

“We just purchased a kitchen table set from the Furniture Warehouse. The staff was very professional and I completed all the paperwork quickly over the phone. I looked around at other furniture stores and discovered that the Warehouse had the best prices and quality by far. We purchased thousands of dollars of furniture from Furniture Warehouse when we first moved in eight years ago and I can tell you the service again was professional and courteous. Also the furniture we had purchased back then looks as new as it did in the show room today.”

“Twice in the past week I visited Furniture Warehouse. Amy Eller greeted me on the first visit and I sought her out on the second visit. She was kind and patient both times. I would return in the future because of her. The delivery men were also great. I'm sorry that I don't know their names..”

“I purchased living room furniture and was very happy with the service, delivery and the furniture. I went back and bought two lamps and when I took the covering off one of the shades I noticed there were spots on it. They replaced the shade with no problem.”

“My name is Diane. Vicky Manning greeted me at the entrance of the store. I told her the 2 pieces of furniture I was looking to purchase. She directed me to the areas and let me roam around without following me everywhere, which made me feel comfortable. I was concerned about the size of the furniture I found and Vicky got a tape measuring and took time to measure the furniture. I took pictures of the furniture to take home with me and I told her I would be back in a few days if I thought the pieces would work in the area they were going to be placed. I came back and bought one piece and decided on a more expensive piece for the second piece of furniture. I have them home now and I couldn't be happier. Besides Vicky I have to give a great review to the two guys that delivered the furniture. The two men were super friendly and very professional. I was very happy from my first experience with Vicky to the end with the delivery. Thanks for the great experience. Diane Wilner”
