“A first class service. The staff were pleasant, the choice of furniture was wide and the prices were good. Delivery was as promised and the guys were efficient and friendly. The furniture was well packed and protected. The chest of drawers and bedside cabinets look great.”

“I called to exchange my mattresses for softer ones. I had worked with Tori originally and when I called and asked for her she was off that day - I was a bit disappointed because Tori is amazing and I really wanted to talk with her BUT Dawn assured me that she will make it right. I was able to switch out my mattresses and order the new ones without a hitch. I have to say both Dawn and Tori were so helpful. They made everything go smoothly. Just want to thank both Dawn and Tori for a job well done.”

“Furniture shopping has always been overwhelming for me. Nervously I went to the Furniture Warehouse in Venice and was greeted by an angel named Melinda!! She made my shopping experience very pleasant! She was very knowledgeable and easy to converse with!! Thanks Melinda and Furniture Warehouse!”

“As a customer when I visited the store, Jason approached me then ask few question, after going to other stores, I find the right king size bedroom set. No pressure or upscale, just a pleasant atmosphere. Few days later the delivery was done at my convenience. Great white glove service. The same day after delivery Jason called and asked me if I was happy with my purchase. Yes indeed. Thank you for a pleasant stressless purchase.”

“I recently made a purchase from Furniture Warehouse Irthlingborough- 5 items - The delivery was split into 2 consigments as there was a delay on a couple of the items, I wasnt in a hurry for any of the furniture ordered. All the items have since been delivered and and I am very pleased with the quality of the furniture- they look great in my lounge. I was kept informed of progress of my order both by Derek & Suzie who replied promptly to my emails. I have purchased from this company in the past as well and would not hesitate to go there again in the future.”

“Service by Diane Naratil was excellent could not fault her at all. She was always polite friendly & called me back when she was free if I left a message. We bought all of our furniture from there after our house fire & we are so happy with it, some items are a little more expensive then we expect but over all no complaints. Many Thanks LM”

“My husband and I went to the Ellenton store twice, the first time we were waited on by Jeff and he was very informative and helpful. We got delivery the very next day and the delivery people were excellent. The second time we were waited on by Tyler and he was also great! He helped us out and did some measuring for us. We have to wait a few weeks for the piece we bought but not in hurry to get it so the wait is ok. Both Tyler and Jeff were so helpful and friendly that we will be back to buy another piece we need. Thank you Tyler and Jeff!”
