“Happy with our Sales person, Maria and the initial delivery of our pieces. However, the one piece back ordered we had to go get at the warehouse location. All of that went very smooth for 2 of us older ladies by our self unloading and getting to our 3rd floor condo. However, after we got it set up we noticed the side table was not constructed properly..so now trying to either return it, or deal with it as is and order an additional side table. i love the furniture, just a manufacturers flaw. We will see tomorrow how the whole situation turns out.”
“Brought furniture broke twice and tear in the leather. Bought with premium that we would have within 2 weeks now November. Eric at the store was fantastic to work with very knowledgeable. But once out of his hands it falls apart”
“Nice selection of inventory to choose from. Sales people very helpful. Quick delivery time. HUGE HUGE TURN off was the hard sell of the extended warranty not once but 4 times by the sales person and when they were not successful, the manager came over and tried twice. When we still didn't buy it they actually called us again before delivery and tried again. Sadly this turned a nice buying experience in to an unpleasant one. My thought is this, if this warranty is so important to them, raise the prices on the furniture and warranty everything as part of the furniture.”
