I purchased a console table ..had it delivered and it was damaged .took 10 days for the replacement..damaged again ..I have been waiting for the console to be collected but the van broke down today ..cannot have a refund until collected ..no head office number ..no Wisbech store number ..no issue with the staff but this is disgraceful..you took my money when purchased when I returned the second console due to damage I was told no refund via the store 7-10 days as it was a head office responsibility..no response from head office ..incredibly disappointed -unacceptable practice would never shop or advocate visiting this business

Buyer beware don’t spend the money for warranty If you move warranty is voided Have tried to contact store manager have had to leave my name after 3 times in 3 days with no return calls I guess there is No customer service

Worst experience ever!!! I bought a house full of furniture over a year ago.....a year full of waiting, many service appointments during the day while I work from home, damaged furniture delivered to my house and damage to the frame of my bedroom door by their delivery guys. I have an expensive desk chair that sheds ball bearing with grease on them ruining my rug they wouldn't replace the chair just the piston, 4 months to get a new piston installed and 6 months later the same problem is back! Since the chair was delivered June 2022 the year warranty is up I am left with a defective chair. I was told that if I want them to fix my damaged door frame I need to get a quote to have the work done. It is impossible to get someone to give a quote for anything these days let alone one just to fix a door frame. Why is it my job to get quotes anyway?What has happened to Quality products and Customer Service??

Awful experience...the product was so defective their own service dept said...NO repair was possible!! To correct the problem, we had to pay to have it returned! UNACCEPTABLE!! No such problem at Pamaro or Kains...buyer beware!! Defective merchandise at Furniture Warehouse is YOUR problem!!

Bought and paid in full for 4 pieces of furniture June 26 2023 at the Ellenton Store. Told by sales lady Jennifer Healy delivery would be July 25th July 25th came and went Two delivery guys show up July 27 with no prior notice with one of four pieces Delivered the one of 4 pieces and told us the rest will be August 10th Nobody from the store called advising us of the August 10th delay We called the store today August 4th to see if the August 10th delivery date is still good The Ellinton Store Manager said its due in at the end of August Again no notice Had we not called today we would not have known this delay My wife asked if any of the rest of our order had arrived in the store Manager said yes one pice is in My wife said for the inconvenience of this second delay you should deliver this one piece The Store manaer began his stock answer “that it is the store policy not to do this unless we charge another delivery fee” My wife asked who his supervisor was. He began to get a little cocky and said I am the store manager as though he was the top of the Management chain. My wife asked again and he got indignant that onky person anive him was the owner Said With more of an attitude Due ti his very cocky resonse I told him when our order is complete we will not be buying from them again Mr Cocky then said I guess this conversation is over and hung up I am tracking down the owner to write him or her about this less than satisfactory response from the Ellenton store so called Manager He needs serious customer service training I am not sure if this delivery delay is a ploy or a scam But this is step one of my process to ensure I get what I paid for 2 months ago. Furniture warehouse has had my money in full since June 26, 2023 and i am not stopping because some unprofessional so called Store manager got an attitude with us

Still waiting for the rest of my dining set 4 chairs and a server Eric said it would be another month before I receive my purchase. First it was the end of June then the end of July and now the end of August. The set is still on the floor I wonder if they tell the customer, it would be delayed 3 months from purchase. is this a scam. Not sure if I will receive my purchase August. Very disappointed. Worse furniture I've ever bought!!! Poorly made and doesn't hold up well. I bought a complete living room set with couch, loveseat, chair w/ ottoman and a leather recliner. The recliner has had problems since the beginning and the company makes me wait months for parts for it. Finally when the parts come in I had to wait more time for a technician to come out. The parts brought were defective as well. I asked for a refund after 10 months of problems and they won't give a refund. Terrible customer service!!!! I'm sorry I ever graced the doors of this furniture store

My friend Paul Ryan bought a reclining sofa and chair the end of October 2021 from Furniture Warehouse in Ellenton from a salesperson named Janice. The furniture came with a one-year warranty, and I bought the extended three-year warranty. In Oct 2022, I called the store and told them about a problem with my sofa, I was still in my warranty period for the furniture, as it wasn't delivered until the first week of November. A service person came the day before Thanksgiving and said he needed to order some parts and a new cushion, he also said he would have it fixed by Christmas. Well, mid-March 2023 it was finally fixed but still not right and to our satisfaction, and no new cushion. The owner, Stephanie has told me it's not under warranty and said it's been 19 months. I reported the problem with in the first 12 months. YES, it should still be under warranty. I have asked Stephanie to call me at least three times to talk about my sofa under warranty. Stephanie hasn't called me back to talk about the problems with my sofa. The cushion is really sagging and looks terrible. They keep telling me it's not covered under warranty. Their warranty is no good, their customer service is really bad, and the owner really doesn't care. I don't recommend anyone buying from Furniture Warehouse they deceive you and don't stand behind their furniture or warranties. Not a good place to buy furniture.

Very bad experience as we wanted to return a sectional that we were not happy with and we were willing to accept the 15% restocking fee to pick out another item. They would not accept the return as they said there was a hair on the cushion. When I called to discuss the situation I was told by their representative ( Georgie } that I could keep my dog hair filled sofa and she proceeded to hang up on me. I should mention that I was respectful at all times and she still acted this way.

When the salesperson is hoping to make a sale they could not be any nicer. Jump through the hoop for you. Once the sale is closed & delivered SO IS customer service, directing issues to management. All doors are closed….you try to contact salesperson…you are able to connect several times. Then you are ghosted. My daughter’s husband passed away suddenly August 17, 2021 One year ago. Short time later my daughter & her son was purchasing a few pieces of furniture from this company. She found several pieces she liked….Salesperson wrote up the order. My daughter was please & looking forward to delivery. When delivered the furniture was acceptable, but there was a missing $600 ottoman. My daughter has tried relentlessly to get this issue resolved…She has been spinning on a merry go round for ONE YEAR!!!! They said, it was delivered!!!! No way was the ottoman delivered. My daughter is still grieving the sudden loss of her husband….& can no longer participate in a salesperson, delivery service & managements unethical means of customer service who protect one another's back!!!! I am a Professional Interior Designer & when I see how my daughter has been treated. I lose total disrespect for a Business like this particular one. All there concern is making a sale, the closing of sale & delivery. After that screw the customer & where is customer service (head in the sand) management looking for the year end total sales….she wants to look good to her bosses. All my daughter wanted initially was the ottoman. NOW she wants a CASH REFUND!!!! When you choose to shop at a business such as this BEWARE you may get a deal on furniture. If there is an issue damage, wrong color, item missing FORGET any RESOLVE….In my business & most other reputable businesses customer is right & issues are resolve. There are way too many stores such as this one who aren’t really concerned about their client base & exceptional customer service for repeat customer’s. I am certain there may be some repeat business due to the fact that particular client has not experienced problems of any type…. If so you would be hearing about it. I am going to proceed with legal action against this company regarding their unethical business & customer transactions…. Would anyone else like to add their name & issue with this Company. So sad when a national business company not accept customer’s complaint & take some type of action to satisfy customer. Not to put road blocks up by ghosting or vanishing into thin air!!! Unbelievable!!!!! You may have a conflict which is resolved professionally & quickly to customer’s satisfaction…..never experience this type unethical business practices & such poor customer service & human resource management at a higher end home furnishing store.

Corporate needs to answer to their customers don’t leave it up to your store employees to handle it but corporate corporate. Venice Florida store and doing business with them for many years. Homes will slow down And the furniture store will take a hit. Store will take a hit so corporate take care of your customers so they come back to you corporate. Last Saturday I bought a bed king size bed my second one that I bought the blonde she knows who she is told me that she was going to take my old mattress she told me sign here sign here sign here. Because I’ve been a customer with you for so long I trusted the Blonde they didn’t deliver my mattress on Thursday of this week when they were supposed to I never received a phone call I had to call them and they delivered my mattress today so I like it yes ideal am I happy with my mattress yes. She also told me that they were going to deliver on Thursday of this week which they didn’t I had to call them and they delivered today. When the guys dropped it off they did not take my old mattress. Yes I understand sanitary put it in on the truck the blonde didn’t tell me that why didn’t I ask the blonde because I trust the store because I’ve been doing business with you for so many years next time I will not trust the store so you lost my trust. Corporate you see my text go and look and handle how you think you should. I guess it’s just better to shop online good luck with your store.

The Furniture Warehouse is a decent store and prices as I have purchased items there for a few years now BUT I will Not purchase any thing else. When things go wrong this company does not stand behind their product. They will not offer any customer service as its their company policy. All they could do is offer me a $50 in store credit which is useless to me. Spend a little more and purchase furniture from good people that stand behind their product.

I would have given 0 stars except you need to give 1 star to proceed. We purchased a reclining sofa and my husband now has an issue with his legs and cannot use the recline feature. We asked about exchanging this sofa for a regular sofa and was told by the St Catharines manager Jamie that they offer a 72 HOUR exchange. I had sent 3 emails and never heard back but when I sent a message on fb they got back to me. We will NEVER shop at this store again!

Stay away from this store! They do not care about customer satisfaction- or understand the term 'excellent customer care' for repeat business. We ordered a couch that arrived in a different color from showroom model. They blamed their artificial showroom lighting w/ a solution of paying a restock fee ..or to pick out a different couch! Really? Who would do business w/ them again after such a negative experience? After sending pic & email to Carol in Cust Svc .. she sent out a disheveled guy who left a bizzarre voice mail previous night who rang bell several times while banging loudly. He came in aggressively asking "WHAT'S THE PROBLEM" & proceeded to have a breakdown 2 minutes into the appointment .. yelling & coming at us w/ hostility & pointing finger - we almost called 911. We have a theory on his irrational behavior. Thankfully, my husband was home & made him leave. Beware! Lots of hoops to jump thru for over a week as they were defensive & obviously thought we were lying - with only 1 emp admitting a color difference. No guarantee of a product is both shady & unethical! Shame on the owners for allowing this employee hostility & customer abuse! They have plenty of competition with better customer service - go there! You should have a zero star review- they don't even rank a 1!

While the sales staff at The Furniture Wharehouse is great to work with, their follow up Customer Service staff is beyond horrible. Giving them a rating of "1" is a real stretch! I purchased a reclining loveseat in a beautiful pastel blue color. While it looked great on the showroom floor, when it was delivered it looked more green than blue. I contacted their customer service department and spoke with Carol Smith, explained my concerns and was told that there was little they could do about the color and suggested that it was probably just the lighting in my home. She finally reluctantly offered to send a technician to my home to access the issue. Their Technician "Alan" arrived a week later. He came in looked at the loveseat, asked me to turn lights, and then said "what's the problem?". He then proceeded to tell me that the real issue was the lighting and wall color. When we dared to question his statement he became loud and arrogant and charged toward my wife screaming and pointing and waving his finger. I immediately insisted that he leave. I then called Carol Smith who half heartedly apologized and told me to send her an email. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she declined to transfer me. Eventually her boss, Lori Sullivan called us to again apologize. She said that there was very little she could do and offered a $50 discount off our next purchase. Trust me, there will never be another purchase made at The Furniture Warehouse by us. Their customer service is non existent and they obviously condone employees threatening clients in their own home as evidenced by Alan's behavior. These folks need to be held accountable for their employees who represent them and for the actions of those employees.

Goods are poor quality, they over inflate the alleged price and the discount given, is the highest price they have ever charged. This is a very poor quality, knock off chain, the goods they state are from major retailers, have a look on the label, they are produced for FWC off shore and a cheap at best

Purchased two bedroom sets and a 72” TV console in May ‘21. Was very understanding with the many delays due to the pandemic. When bedroom sets arrived in August ‘20 delivered but no hardware included so they couldn’t set up bedroom furniture. Two days later they came back set up bedroom set. ‘72 inch console arrived in Oct ‘20 when delivered the doors would not stay closed and it was a 62” console. We flew down just to be here for this delivery. Took them two days to get back to us with a resolution. They’ll deliver correct one in a week. Which doesn’t work since we must fly back before then. Meg proceeded to tell me it wasn’t there fault, offer no solution except to have it delivered when we aren’t here. Unfortunately we just bought our home and don’t know our neighbors to allow them to access our home. We have no plans on returning anytime soon. What happened to the customer service of making sure your customers are happy? No, I am so sorry this happened, no, what can we do to make this right no, inconvenience to them or their schedule. Just inconvenience to me. The customer. This Company will NEVER get my seal of approval or future purchases. The dining room set and office furniture we were going to purchase to match this console will not happen.

On September 29th it all started with a text message. We had a delivery scheduled on this day from 1:30-pm- 5:30 pm. At 12:36 I receive a text message saying they will see me soon. I responded with the time I’m expecting them & to make sure they have cover for their shoes. I have been working on my floors for weeks & know one comes in with shoes on or not covered & never have I had a problem until today. I didn’t get a response back from the text so I notice a missed call & call it back. I tell the guy who I am he said he has 1 more stop then he will be over. I told him as long as it is after 1:30 & I responded to the text to wear boot covers. He said I don’t have any! I told him I have been working on my floors & would like for them to wear covers. He said I told you I don’t have any & I assure you my shoes are clean. I responded with I want a cover on your shoes I don’t understand why you wouldn’t have any being a company. He told me not to tell him how to do his job that he does it very well. I then said I did not say that! What I said is you need covers over your shoes so please figure it out. As I was hanging up he was saying we will need to reschedule. I hung up my Phn & called carol at the warehouse I left her a message to contact me. I then called the showroom to explain what just happened. The gentleman apologized & said carol will get me in touch with their manager. As I was calling her back a very loud hard knock that scared me & my dog was coming from my door. I looked through the peep hole & see a guy as I open the door he says he is delivering a chair. I asked do you have boot covers, he said NO! If you want us to wear them then we will need to reschedule. I told him to stay right there I’m calling the manager. He then said something in Spanish & called someone on his phone talked in Spanish then said NO there is nothing wrong with the chair she wants us to wear boot covers. He said it like it is unheard of. I closed my door called carol again got her voicemail again as I was leaving another message there was a soft knock on my door it was the other guy with him. He asked if I had small bags he could wear. I told him I don’t think I have any left bug I dug & found a couple. He said just give me 2 I will take the chair out & bring new one in & he did all by himself he was very polite he didn’t hit anything but my wreath on my front door but no damage. The other guy was still on the phone & still did nothing when he finally got off the phone. I live in an apartment & this went on in the hall way so my neighbor later came over & said she couldn’t believe how rude that boy was & the arguing he did over something that’s your right. I too couldn’t believe the disrespect & rudeness!

Purchased dining room table/chairs. Was an awful experience. Table top didn’t line up with legs. The chairs, holes were not drilled to attach seats. And one chair tops had a big fabric snag in it. Took us three visits and 2 weeks to get everything fixed. Canceled side table, due to very long delay(from when we were told) to come in. Bad experience. Won’t do business with that company again.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. They’ve been difficult from start to finish. The quality is poor the customer service is non existent. We had to return two items of furniture and it took them almost 2 weeks to organise and then didn’t process the refund until I chased weeks after. They are the most difficult company to deal with, the delivery company they use is appalling they never show up and when they do they’re rude. Avoid at all costs
