Purchased two bedroom sets and a 72” TV console in May ‘21. Was very understanding with the many delays due to the pandemic. When bedroom sets arrived in August ‘20 delivered but no hardware included so they couldn’t set up bedroom furniture. Two days later they came back set up bedroom set. ‘72 inch console arrived in Oct ‘20 when delivered the doors would not stay closed and it was a 62” console. We flew down just to be here for this delivery. Took them two days to get back to us with a resolution. They’ll deliver correct one in a week. Which doesn’t work since we must fly back before then. Meg proceeded to tell me it wasn’t there fault, offer no solution except to have it delivered when we aren’t here. Unfortunately we just bought our home and don’t know our neighbors to allow them to access our home. We have no plans on returning anytime soon. What happened to the customer service of making sure your customers are happy? No, I am so sorry this happened, no, what can we do to make this right no, inconvenience to them or their schedule. Just inconvenience to me. The customer. This Company will NEVER get my seal of approval or future purchases. The dining room set and office furniture we were going to purchase to match this console will not happen.

On September 29th it all started with a text message. We had a delivery scheduled on this day from 1:30-pm- 5:30 pm. At 12:36 I receive a text message saying they will see me soon. I responded with the time I’m expecting them & to make sure they have cover for their shoes. I have been working on my floors for weeks & know one comes in with shoes on or not covered & never have I had a problem until today. I didn’t get a response back from the text so I notice a missed call & call it back. I tell the guy who I am he said he has 1 more stop then he will be over. I told him as long as it is after 1:30 & I responded to the text to wear boot covers. He said I don’t have any! I told him I have been working on my floors & would like for them to wear covers. He said I told you I don’t have any & I assure you my shoes are clean. I responded with I want a cover on your shoes I don’t understand why you wouldn’t have any being a company. He told me not to tell him how to do his job that he does it very well. I then said I did not say that! What I said is you need covers over your shoes so please figure it out. As I was hanging up he was saying we will need to reschedule. I hung up my Phn & called carol at the warehouse I left her a message to contact me. I then called the showroom to explain what just happened. The gentleman apologized & said carol will get me in touch with their manager. As I was calling her back a very loud hard knock that scared me & my dog was coming from my door. I looked through the peep hole & see a guy as I open the door he says he is delivering a chair. I asked do you have boot covers, he said NO! If you want us to wear them then we will need to reschedule. I told him to stay right there I’m calling the manager. He then said something in Spanish & called someone on his phone talked in Spanish then said NO there is nothing wrong with the chair she wants us to wear boot covers. He said it like it is unheard of. I closed my door called carol again got her voicemail again as I was leaving another message there was a soft knock on my door it was the other guy with him. He asked if I had small bags he could wear. I told him I don’t think I have any left bug I dug & found a couple. He said just give me 2 I will take the chair out & bring new one in & he did all by himself he was very polite he didn’t hit anything but my wreath on my front door but no damage. The other guy was still on the phone & still did nothing when he finally got off the phone. I live in an apartment & this went on in the hall way so my neighbor later came over & said she couldn’t believe how rude that boy was & the arguing he did over something that’s your right. I too couldn’t believe the disrespect & rudeness!

Purchased dining room table/chairs. Was an awful experience. Table top didn’t line up with legs. The chairs, holes were not drilled to attach seats. And one chair tops had a big fabric snag in it. Took us three visits and 2 weeks to get everything fixed. Canceled side table, due to very long delay(from when we were told) to come in. Bad experience. Won’t do business with that company again.

We came in today to purchase a sofa and loveseat and were greeted by London Ryan. What a pleasant surprise,she was so helpful ,friendly and professional. We look forward to returning to make more purchases when she is there, such a pleasant sales associate.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. They’ve been difficult from start to finish. The quality is poor the customer service is non existent. We had to return two items of furniture and it took them almost 2 weeks to organise and then didn’t process the refund until I chased weeks after. They are the most difficult company to deal with, the delivery company they use is appalling they never show up and when they do they’re rude. Avoid at all costs

We could not have been more happy with our shopping experience! They were extremely helpful with solving our bed situation. The bed frame we purchased is perfect for us!! It was delivered the following day and was assembled quickly! We will definitely be back to make further purchases! We love Furniture Warehouse and wish we would have always started (and ended!) every furniture purchase we have ever made at this store!

I was very impressed with my experience at FurniturewareHouse. It was nice to have so much furniture in one location. My saleman. Craig Wills was very helpful for me to make my discussion to buy a loveseat, Highly recommend!

Mattress bought besides two complete bed room sets and dinning room . Had service come state it’s defective our mattress was told by warranty department that they are Will to give us $125 for our mattress because the manufacturers are no longer working with the furniture warehouse and the owner wants to only give us a pro rated amount of credit of $125 for a defect to mattress warranty is 10 years we have 7 years in and it was used possible two years as we are snow birds the women who handles the warranty department is u professional and we have filed with the BBB and will continue to follow threw and file a court action . My personal issue is if you are selling some else’s product you should stand by warranty and there products and make the customer happy to want to return plus there friends and family . We are advising everyone the store policy is no money returned . we are just asking for a full credit to be applied to be able to purchase a new mattress and pay the difference for a new replacement . The women in warranty told us that we are beating a dead horse and hung up on me rude and unprofessional. Rose Hughes we asked for tge company that manufactured the mattress to give us a letter saying they are pro rating as part of there policy if you purchased there product she then changed her story and said it came from owner only she had lied three separate times in which I called her out on . Not a reputable company they also have more then 50 complaints against them

I moved from another state without any furniture the salesman Bret was very very helpful in helping me pull everything together the delivery was timely and delivered and assembled without any problems I will put the finishing touches from this store as well.

Nice selection of inventory to choose from. Sales people very helpful. Quick delivery time. HUGE HUGE TURN off was the hard sell of the extended warranty not once but 4 times by the sales person and when they were not successful, the manager came over and tried twice. When we still didn't buy it they actually called us again before delivery and tried again. Sadly this turned a nice buying experience in to an unpleasant one. My thought is this, if this warranty is so important to them, raise the prices on the furniture and warranty everything as part of the furniture.

I have made many calls to the Furniture Wrehouse in Ellenton, Florida each month since January to get a status of my delivery of a couch I purchased. Only this week, did a salesperson call me to tell me that my furniture might be on a recent “load sheet.” In following up with the possibility of said shipment, I had the misfortune of Georgia taking my call. Georgia is the rudest, most unprofessional “director” in the business. Georgia is obviously tone deaf and ill-trained to respond to dissatisfied customers who have been patiently waiting for furniture to be delivered since December. She is loud, obnoxious and repetitive in her demand that customers should know what is going on because of the “news” about “foam and ice storms.” No reasonable person or professional should expect paying customers to listen to national news outlets to determine the delivery date of furniture purchased in December in Ellenton, Florida. Corporate officers please respect customers’ frustration with trained personnel who is compassionate to customers and represents your corporation with dignity and integrity. FW may not be able to control the delay of deliveries, but it has a responsibility to its customers to communicate respectfully. One telephone call made directly from FW personnel since the December sale is terrible customer service and should never be exacerbated by a loud obnoxious voice such as Georgia’s tone.

While the showroom was nice & sales person friendly, if you have an issue with the furniture you purchased, the customer service is horrible! NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS! The chairs in the showroom were comfortable. The chairs delivered were as hard as a rock & even after 2 months of use, they are so hard, we have to place a pillow in order to sit somewhat comfortably. Store notified the day after delivery. We get run around after several calls to store & customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM FURNITURE WAREHOUSE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

SO thrilled with my new living room furniture set from Furniture Warehouse. We bought a condo by the beach and the beachy style fits in perfectly. It's cute, comfortable and coordinated, thanks to the display at the store (We bought it all, right down to the rugs.). I changed my mind about the size of the TV stand and was able to make that change over the phone-- seamless! The deliver men were very professional. They were aware of ceiling light fixtures, walls, etc and navigated around them. They would not let my husband help at all. They did it. Afterwards, they took everything and left us with only time to enjoy our new furniture. We're going back this week to find bedroom furniture.

I loved the selection of coastal themed furniture at the Port Charlotte location. Staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Good prices. Delivery and set up were great. The only frustrating part was waiting for the furniture to come in stock, which was a manufacturing issue.
