“While the showroom was nice & sales person friendly, if you have an issue with the furniture you purchased, the customer service is horrible! NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS! The chairs in the showroom were comfortable. The chairs delivered were as hard as a rock & even after 2 months of use, they are so hard, we have to place a pillow in order to sit somewhat comfortably. Store notified the day after delivery. We get run around after several calls to store & customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM FURNITURE WAREHOUSE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“SO thrilled with my new living room furniture set from Furniture Warehouse. We bought a condo by the beach and the beachy style fits in perfectly. It's cute, comfortable and coordinated, thanks to the display at the store (We bought it all, right down to the rugs.). I changed my mind about the size of the TV stand and was able to make that change over the phone-- seamless! The deliver men were very professional. They were aware of ceiling light fixtures, walls, etc and navigated around them. They would not let my husband help at all. They did it. Afterwards, they took everything and left us with only time to enjoy our new furniture. We're going back this week to find bedroom furniture.”

“I loved the selection of coastal themed furniture at the Port Charlotte location. Staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Good prices. Delivery and set up were great. The only frustrating part was waiting for the furniture to come in stock, which was a manufacturing issue.”

“After moving to FL from MN we were anxious to furnish our new home with furniture suitable for our new FL living. We were so please to find exactly what we had in mind at Furniture warehouse. We will definitely be going back when we are ready to add more pieces of furniture to our home.”

“After purchasing a new home, we shopped different furniture stores. At Furniture Warehouse in Port Charlotte, Florida we were given great customer service by Ann Marie. She showed us needed furniture and we found that the furniture was great quality at a very competitive price. We ended up purchasing all our furniture needs Store has a great display of furniture and definitely will pass the word to our friends”

“The credenza doors do not close and there's things on it and I called the store and talked to my salesman Thomas then I talked to Meg and they just gave me the runaround and now I have to wait over a month to get the repair people out here terrible customer service passing the buck do not shop here it is no bargain when everything is broken”

“My furniture shopping was made so easier because Matt(venice) has so much knowledge of his inventory in store and knew the procedure for ordering special and he was awesome all i had to say was what i wanted, style size and he would take me to what he had. when it comes to mattresses he knows his stuff. remodel not quite finished so delivery w be delayed , wow mattress changes and matt's knowledge got me exactly what i wanted. I thank you 5 STARS for MATT”

“When ordering a chair, we decided to pay in full anticipating quick and easy delivery. Now seven weeks later, we are still waiting. Contact w store employees have been fruitless and frustrating. No call backs, senseless excuses, negative attitudes as they are tired of hearing from us. We decided to file a dispute w our credit card for a credit . Not waiting any longer.”

“We paid for our order IN FULL in the amount of $1,700.91 (including shipping of $460.93) on August 9th. We were told that by paying IN FULL at that time (including the shipping), we were guaranteed that we would get the furniture as soon as it came in. We were advised that it would be in by the 2nd week of September. We were later informed that the store would have the pieces by October 9th and that I was "already on the shipping calendar." However, I didn't hear from them by that date and I had to reach back out to them. On October 19th, I received a voicemail due to an increase in shipping charges. In the voicemail, it was stated that the total shipping charges would be be $800. As far as a resolution, I asked that Furniture Warehouse eat the additional $300 or so in shipping and send our pieces immediately. We purchased these items from them was because we were assured that you would be able to get them to us by mid-September compared to other vendors. However, they now refuse to send us the furniture we paid for.”

“LONDON RYAN is TERRIFIC! :) She is EXTREMELY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY! She kept in touch with us through the waiting period. With COVID, EVERYTHING was backed up. But, it was worth the extra week of waiting for such COMFORTABLE furniture!!! We have purchased many items through Furniture Warehouse in the 14 years since we moved to Florida and have been very PLEASED with EVERY purchase!”

“Customer service at its best! Furnishing a Florida house from out of state. Placed large order online for local delivery, nervously. The next morning I got a follow up personal phone call, not an email or text, from Joanne. She was very happy to help and coordinate delivery. A few days later Victoria called to follow up again, confirming delivery timing. Both calls were refreshing. They were genuinely nice people who cared about providing quality service. Not something I find that often. Made me anxious to get to Florida and visit their showroom and do even more furnishing! Thank you both!”

“I want to express my sincere gratitude to Wimpie (Manager); Shakespear (Sales Executive); and the installation team. Thank you for your friendly and professional service; together with on time delivery and installation. I unfortunately can not compare you to the likes of Rochester; as you far exceed their service. This is by far the greatest shopping experience I have ever had, as they deliver on promises made. This is how any store should operate. Thank you Wimpie; Shakespear and team for a great service. I will recommend Furniture Warehouse far above any other.”
