“Did not charge delivery.”

“Good delivery item arrived well packed, if not overpacked, the box was far too big for the item, and full of bubble wrap. Query? Do you supple an electric start 2-stroke strimmer/hedge trimmer? I'm 76 now and my right arm complains a lot after 7 or 8 fruitless yanks on the something cord!”

“I bought a Toro hover mower. The engine would not stop when the safety handle was released so I looked in the manual for guidance. It said this is dangerous and the unit should be returned. I emailed Green Reaper a couple of days after the purchase about this and an unrelated problem with the supplied transport wheels. Weeks later, I am still waiting for a reply.”

Hi Michael Our sales department has responded to you by email in order to assist you with the assembly of the item. They have also requested photographs to ascertain where the problem may lie. Once we receive this from you, we should hopefully be able to resolve the issue for you. Kind regards Nicki

“Swift service and delivery. Item exactly as described. This strimmer cutting cord is extremely tough and will tackle almost anything including bracken and bramble. Also very long-lasting. I'm afraid I won't need to put in another order for some time!”
