“Free signed-for delivery for my order. This was great as arrival was prompt and also secure which is a concern when living in a block of flats. The pen itself is gorgeous and I'm very happy in came in the official cross box as well.”

“I stumbled across Hamilton Pen Company whilst searching for Iroshizuku inks and was immediately taken with the website, particularly after reading the positive reviews of the excellent products and service. I bought my selected colour ink ‘tsukushi’ and it’s perfect. One of the key factors is the fair price standard that I noticed that reinforced the integrity of the company. The high quality of product, service and fair pricing ensured I signed-up to become a regular customer.”

“I intended to buy Pilot Iroshizuku ink and had researched price and availability on the web, when I stumbled across the Hamilton Pen Company. I then read some of the reviews and they invariably reflected fair price with excellent products and service. What impressed me most? The fact that it did not matter which colour ink I chose, the price was the same, with a promise from the reviews of speedy, efficient service. So, I bought the ink and registered with the Hamilton Pen Company and I am really satisfied with everything, price, product and service, hence the 5-star review. Coincidentally, my sister lives a short distance from Stratford-on-Avon, so I plan to visit when I am next in the area.”

“Was sent pencil instead of the pen I ordered. However replacement item sent immediately with registered mail pre paid envelope for incorrect item - resolved swiftly”
