Hi Charlotte, I have just checked the order and can't see the free gift on there. In order to get the free gift it has to be manually added to the basket when prompted. Perhaps this was the issue? “Bought these items for my grandsons for their birthdays which they asked for. They went down really well and take them to school with them every day. There were no issues with ordering or delivery. Going online again to see what else is on offer.”

“I ordered an A4 whitelines pad for my daughter and found that the inside 1st page was marked from the colouring on the cover, contacted Hamilton’s and replacement sent out immediately and manufacturers were informed by the company of the problem which is going to be rectified at manufacturing stage. First class service!!”
