“My order was dealt with very efficiently and promptly, which was important to me as the pen was for a present. The price was lower than that quoted by various competitors, for the exact same product. If I need to buy a similar product in the future Hamilton will be my first choice.”

“I ordered at 9:30 on Monday and i had the order in my hand at 2:30 the following day. Just exemplary service. The price was unbeatable and the product as described. Simply Superb. The range is extemsive and top notch will return again and again”

Hi Marilyn, Apologies for the delay. This was an issue with Royal Mail and the influx in deliveries due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday. We're glad it got to you eventually. Usually orders are with customers within 1-2 days so we were disappointed too to hear of some delays. Thank you for shopping with us and leaving your feedback :)
