“Superb service absolutely second to none. I ordered a Pilot Custom 74 Fountain Pen. The pen is beautiful however it was too broad for my writing style. I contacted Nigel at The Hamilton Pen Company and they exchanged the nib for the next size down. The service was first class. The whole process took 2 days from me posting the pen and The Hamilton Pen Company returning the pen back to me. Thank you, I will definitely purchase from you again”

“Came up trumps again for fantastic customer service. Jacques Herbin 'Emerald of Chivor' ink delivered promptly, very securely packaged in eco friendly materials, an antiseptic wipe included, as well as a wine voucher. Much appreciated, all of you working hard at Hamilton Pens.”
