“Waste of money, stopped working after a few days, they did send a replacement set but they only lasted 2 days and stopped working. Now they don't want to know me. Just a scam.”
“The Hearing Company UK's Facebook page in recent weeks has been peddling outright blatant wicked lies about supposed difficulties in using NHS hearing aids. From my own experience over years, including yesterday alone, I know for certain that it is criminal nonsense to say for instance that "the sound is robotic" [it is NOT], the batteries are hard to fit" [an insanely nonsensical lie too] and that they "keep having to be replaced" [which hearing aid batteries ALL do, unless you spend loads of money on rechargeable ones, which is up to anybody to opt for with any hearing aid, including The Hearing Co's!].
Oh, and they supposedly have "a bunch of feedback and background noise" [which isn't even grammatical anyway, as well as being pure b*ocks"!].”
“All well until one stopped working. No response whatsoever from the company. And they they sing their own praises for customer service. Try contacting them. Still hoping.
