“They don't work. All they do is this sharp ringing. They sent us a replacement, but they did the same thing. They will not give us a refund. One of them stopped working all together”

“Lasted 2 months 1 died. Said I wanted a refund listed on the last page of the instruction manual. They said it was beyond 60 days. 1 year. After 4 months of getting the same questions because they finally gave me a PO box to send them but over 10 emails they keep stalling ....totally worthless company I should have bought the same ones on Temu.”

“My 91 yr old mother does not like the hearing aids. Trying to reach the company for a refund is a joke! Over 2 weeks ago, 4 emails and no response. Of course, they DO NOT have a phone number to call them to request a return. Would not even give them one star, but have no other options! Order #30891”
