“Waste of money, stopped working after a few days, they did send a replacement set but they only lasted 2 days and stopped working. Now they don't want to know me. Just a scam.”

“Two stars and not one because I did get a second pair in warranty. Unfortunately the second was no better than the first. At first they work great. They amplify all sounds but for an otc that is all you can expect. But after a short while (couple of weeks) they quit working. I have 4 and only one works. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have purchased other otc hearing aids and had no better result. Now after suffering a profound loss in my left ear, to which I believe has been made worse by these amplifiers, I am going to spend the $8,000 and get some Resound custom aids. I do not blame this company but apparently I am not a candidate for otc aids.”

“They stand behind there products gave a replacement at no charge immediately. Had hearing aids that cost me thousands of dollars and the ones by the hearing company are so much better.”

“The Hearing Company UK's Facebook page in recent weeks has been peddling outright blatant wicked lies about supposed difficulties in using NHS hearing aids. From my own experience over years, including yesterday alone, I know for certain that it is criminal nonsense to say for instance that "the sound is robotic" [it is NOT], the batteries are hard to fit" [an insanely nonsensical lie too] and that they "keep having to be replaced" [which hearing aid batteries ALL do, unless you spend loads of money on rechargeable ones, which is up to anybody to opt for with any hearing aid, including The Hearing Co's!]. Oh, and they supposedly have "a bunch of feedback and background noise" [which isn't even grammatical anyway, as well as being pure b*ocks"!].”

“I walked into the Hearing Aide Store today for a repair. Romero is always courteous and helpful. She fixed my Aide on the spot. I recommend this Store for all your Hearing needs. You go once you will continue going. This is one superb store. Hope you visit soon!”

“Thanks to the hearing company for all your assistance in helping my mum choose new hearing aids that actually work and for all the overall care through out the whole experience. “I cannot recommend Peter and Sharon of the Hearing Company highly enough .Peter is a patient professional audiologist ,no way pushy and gave very generously of his time and service.A follow up appointment was offered .Tks Sharon for help .”

“My husband got his new hearing aids here. Great Company to deal with and we received an outstanding service from Peter and Sharon. The new hearing aids has made a great difference to my husbands hearing. He has a great quality of life now thanks to the Hearing Company.”
