“Beware: The right hearing device I received is defective. The battery doesn't always connect. I have to jiggle and insert the battery several times to get the device to turn on. Even though the 1 year warranty is still in effect, there is a $50 charge to replace the defective device. I have to pay $50 more than the original price to get a properly working device. I would not order from this company again.”
