This is the second time that I receive a prduct that seems not brand new. as if it seems it has already returned or anything else but it sems not new so I am not happy wi th this time shopping. I dont wanna return but I may revise my shopping from you.

After sending 5 emails we have still not had a reply from this company. Avoid. Do your research and buy from elsewhere. We bought a knife. Never received it. The post office sent it back to them giving me proof that they received it back. Still nothing. They have the goods and the money which is illegal. Customer services is non existent. No contact number. And as previously mentioned not even a reply. We have reported them to trading standards.

Hi Joel The reason you did not collect the parcel is because you are under 18 and could not provide the proof of age needed by Royal Mail before they can release a bladed item to you. You have done a very good photoshop on the passport provided before shipping though. Your order has been refunded and your account is blocked. It is illegal to attempt to purchase knives when under 18 in the UK. Kind regards Joe

I ordered from this company several days ago. They asked that I upload a photo of my ID. After I did this, I received a email from someone called "Joe Wheeler". This moron is claiming my ID isn't valid because my middle name isn't on the ID card I had sent him. Despite the cardholder's name and the name on the ID card having the exact same details! I tried to explain that most ID cards don't have your full name on them. I haven't heard back from them in days, even though I have asked for a refund twice. This company's customer service is terrible. They have took my money and not even wrote me any emails back, or refunded my money. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Do not buy from them! I bought a sword from them and it came broken; the blade was bent and had a chip in it. I emailed and messaged the company many times and they ignored all of my emails. Only until a few years later when I made comments on their Facebook posts that they replied. They said that my recent email was in their junk folder and because they don't check their junk folders, customers can not get into contact with them. Resulting in them ignoring my issue with the product and they do not want to help resolve it. because "my warranty has finished" but it's their fault for not looking in their email properly! So they sell you broken items, ignore all your emails and tell you that you can not have a refund. Scam company stealing your money. They refuse to take responsibility and saying its my fault when its their fault for ignoring my emails!

DO NOT USE!! Probably a scam On the 5th of September I ordered on cheap knife to test the site and see how good it was for delivery and legitimacy. 8 days. 3 emails and one online contact later there has been no contact or delivery of any kind, payment has been taken from my account and that was confirmed from 'WorldPay'. Despite advertising emails being sent out there has been no reply to any of my emails inquiring about delivery time, age verification time, receipt of payment or where my product is. DO NOT USE!!!

Ordered a knife a week ago. Sent three emails and messaged them on Facebook and no contact back. An absolute scam. AVOID. SOEND YOUR MINEY ELSEWHERE.

I ordered a godfather style stilleto knife over 3weeks ago WHICH I HAVE NOT RECIEVED,HAVE EMAILED THE COMPANY SEVEN TIMES WITH NO REPLY AND WITH SOME OF MY EARLIER PURCHASES DIDNT EVEN GET THE SO CALLED SCRATCH CARDS THEY MENTION SO OFTEN LUCKILY I PAID WITH PAYPAL WHO ARE TAKING THE ISSUE UP ON MY BEHALF. SO WHY NO REPLY !!!?

The knife warehouse have taken my payment but no confirmation email, no sign of the knife 1 week later. No contact number to be found anywhere and no replies to my email. I am starting to think they are a scam site. Terrible
