The price of commission was very competitive and the photography etc was a very good standard - it was also nice to review these before they were published.
However my property was initially overvalued which led to a large number of viewings which didn't go anywhere as well as wasting a lot of time for all involved. The buyer which we then found was very awkward and I feed that this wasn't managed in the best possible way, almost leading to us putting the house back on the market.”
