“They have an easy to use site on which I can browse & order beers, lagers, ciders, wines & spirits- many from all over the world which are not seen in the large retail outlets. Taste & style are described alongside the product. My first on line order came with a 10% discount & my second order had a 5% discount. Delivery soon follows once the order is placed- which is tracked, by the way. The goods arrive well packed in boxes. Excellent way to order your drink supplies without leaving your chair.”

“A chance to try beers & lagers ( I know you sell wines & spirit's, too ) that are rarely available in supermarkets. I like to browse the site in the comfort of my lounge, make an on- line order & then anticipate it's arrival which very soon follows. Also, the order is tracked, which I like. No complaints so far, only satisfaction with a good service. By the way, the order is well packed, too.”

“Great service and reasonable prices. Its always difficult finding a website to buy a hard to find wine when you only want to order one bottle where the delivery price isn't extortionate. The Pip Shop was the only store I found. The order arrived quickly and packaged really well. Couldn't ask for more will be back thank you!”

“No tracking which isn't great. Had to call to find out if delivery would be arriving was advised 'well it's next day so any time up to 5'' strangely arrived within 10 mins after call as depot is only 2 miles from my house. I did email the company on Friday to support and still waiting for answer..overall experience not great will offer else where next time.”
