“Delivered Tuesday, ordered Thursday, so not bad considering Bank holiday weekend. The wine (Angel & Four) is past it's best, in terms of fizz and vibrancy. This is a wine that's been in the bottle for too long!”

“No problem with ordering or delivery but found the same item delivered by a supplier in the same sector at a very reduced price. I had the same item delivered in the same week with a saving of over £ 20 and that’s a lot of money on one case of beer. Needless to say I won’t be ordering again.”

“disappointed with "packaging" - simply added an address sticker and an amazon sticker to the box. nice surprise ruined. xmas present with thought and care = priceless for ruining it there is the pit stop! or amazon!”

“I received my items, eventually! I was notified that my delivery was going to be made a day earlier than expected so I made arrangements for it to be received. That delivery didn't end up happening and no one had notified me about it until I followed-up. In the end, the delivery didn't take place until a day after the expected delivery, thus 3 days after the notified date.”

“The first consignment arrived completely shattered due to poor packaging. Although they sent replacements in time for Christmas, the packaging was still inadequate and the bottles only just arrived in tact. Please spend more time and attention to the way bottles are dispatched. After all, the cost of postage was surely enough to cover this basic requirement.”

“No tracking which isn't great. Had to call to find out if delivery would be arriving was advised 'well it's next day so any time up to 5'' strangely arrived within 10 mins after call as depot is only 2 miles from my house. I did email the company on Friday to support and still waiting for answer..overall experience not great will offer else where next time.”
