“Customer Service excellent. Delivery prompt on the day after ordering. Would order more frequently but the Yorkshire Stingo, my favourite, is rather pricey.”

“Excellent prices but slight confusion re delivery. An Email from PipStop said item had been dispatched but was not actually collect by Carrier until two days later. Despite this slight confusion, we will definitely use them again”

“Bought some beers for my mate. Super easy to buy and check out. Delivery was processed fast but didn't like the delivery company. Said they'd delivered and my mate hadn't been in and that wasn't the case. Had to ring them up and then they got confused that obviously it's my mobile number and details and they're delivering it to a friend. Got their eventually, but would have liked the delivery process to be better!”

“I have always had a good service from pipstop, during covid19 however I have had an issue (failure of the courier not pip stop) whereby one of the parcels for my order was not delivered, I am still waiting currently for this to be despatched...... I’m sure it will in due course and understand how busy it must b with online orders at the moment.....”

“Great beer choice at competitive prices. Great service. Was not happy with courier as the 2 boxes with 24 bottles of lovely Samuel Smiths ale was left on our doorstep in open view of any passing public whilst there was nobody home (must have been there several hours) So lucky to find them still in position when we got home.”

“Found the pip stop online while searching for my favourite white wine! To my surprise found that the pitstop keeps it in stock and regrettably ordered a few boxes because all my local suppliers had run out! I say regrettably, because I ordered a fair quantity without emailing or contacting for a better price. It seems that the pitstop have a quality range of wines Should you wish to purchase in bulk which I will definitely do again (if I can afford it LOL) Very trouble free purchase and fast free delivery! Well done The pip stop!”

“Website easy to use, good selection of product, pricing is reasonable, delivery a bit long, time wise, in relation to other online companies I use and you need to buy volume if buying beer, to offset the cost of delivery.”

“Found on google when looking for pop particular beer. Excellent site far too many good beers. Stout of the year must be Temptation. Superb. Also tried wine and port. Recieved within 3 days of ordering. At the moment I cannot fault company. Second order will ensure!”
