“Went to the wine tasting event, good atmosphere, nice wines although very small measures. The event was advertised where we would get 10% off any purchases that night - this did not happen and only realised after the event!”

“I was extremely happy with the customer service I received, however, the delivery service you use delivered my parcel damaged. It was like it had been dropped on the corner. Luckily the bottles were not damaged.”

“The communication from the team there was fantastic, every time I emailed I got a response within 24 hours. They informed me when suppliers had let them down and advised of when my calendar would arrive. The item itself is fantastic I can’t wait to give it to my dad for Christmas (on 1st Dec)”

“Little bit confusing on delivery dates as date given when first ordered but easy to contact you by phone and spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady for an update. Delivery then came while I was away but then APC then delivered again without me needing to contact them although clear instructions left on the card from original attempted delivery. Would like to do another review once I've started to open up the calendar! Can't wait for December!”

“I was thrilled to find the wine that I wanted at such a good price. Then I had a bit of a moment when Paypal would not process the transaction because they had a concern about it. I carried on and paid using a debit card and followed up with Pip Stop to make sure everything was OK. It was and my wine arrived on the day that they said it would. So all good in the end and I got the wine I wanted quickly and at a good price.”
