“Easy to use the website and order. Only slight problem was I asked for the item to be delivered on a certain day, knowing I would definitely be in, but it came a day early. Fortunately I was still in at the time of delivery. I had given a safe place for it to be left in so it didn't really matter.”

“The website could be better. Needs to be more customer friendly. However, if you need help and ring them the staff are great. Would be good to get an 'order delivered' notification. Good service and products.”

“I have used The Pip Stop 3 times so far and have found the service good.... I stop myself short of very good due to 1 mishap. Now, I know 1 mishap out of 3 doesn't sound great but with a quick phone call (they were very apologetic and sounded sincere, which you would expect but I don't have the words to explain via text how sincere they sounded), they called back within minutes and all was put right. I was assured that it was the first time this mishap had happened and I'll always give benefit of doubt once..... Anyway, I still like this company because of the selection of Red Wines (which changes) and their willingness to allow a mix and match approach (not having to buy a case or half case), I like to try 1 or 2 bottles of anything that catch's my fancy and in my opinion they have a good selection to experiment with. I would recommend them and I will use them again without a doubt.”

“My decanter of port Christmas gift arrived within a few days of ordering so happy days. Bottle was smaller than anticipated - I hadn't checked the size when ordering - decanter looks good Rebecca”

“Ordered on Friday 11th, delivered Fri 18th. Had to phone as I made a mistake when ordering online. Phone was answered quickly and a friendly agent sorted my mistake.”

“I rated this as "good" rather than "very good" as they were let down by their choice of courier, but customer contact by email was fast and excellent -- no hiding behind expensive and hard to use call centres. The courier delivered the wine to the wrong house, which was unoccupied holiday premises some distance from us, and carded it. However The Pip Stop were very good when emailed to complain about non-delivery to us. They sorted it all out with the courier without us having to use the courier's call centre, which could have been expensive in both time and money.”
