“I was pleased to receive the TV wall bracket but found the installation instructions very poor. I understand that the kit I ordered was for many different types of TV sets with a huge range of fittings and screws which made matters very complicated.”

“Speedy service pleasent helpful staff. Had to call them as could not get my debit card details expiry date to accept on line. The system needs a bit of a tweet to be more customer friendly. I paid over the phone eventually. Otherwise product good and would recommend this company.”

“Service was brilliant, I ordered a TV and sound bar stand online and hadn't received email confirmation so phoned them up, the guy I spoke to was lovely - it turned out my fault as I had made a typo in my email address! delivery was quick, packages were good, we had a problem with one screw but found a work-around, TV and Soundbar look gorgeous on new stand, I'm very happy with my purchase, and would use them again.”

“My item arrived damaged. This was damage that should not have passed quality control. However, the Plasma Centre arranged immediate collection and replacement so all was resolved to my satisfaction. Customer service were excellent.”
