“All good apart from not providing a freephone or normal landline. Really object to having to pay to speak to somewhere I’m making a purchase.”

“The only disappointment with the order is that you emailed me on 16th June at 19:59 saying 'We are pleased to tell you that your order is now being processed and will soon be packed. Once the goods have been dispatched we will forward you a further confirmation email'. Unfortunately this was the last we heard from you. I think it was the following morning when we were getting in the car to go shopping and the courier turned up. If we had been going out 2 minutes earlier we would have missed him!!!! What happened to the further confirmation email?”

“The TV wall mounting arrived in good time and was well packed. The TV mounting is of good quality and holds a large TV well. The mounting has a widely adjustable extension and rotation giving a good range of TV viewing angles.”
