“TV stand arrived on time, was easy to put together and looks sleek. One complaint -- the glass was packed in, what looked like, white polystyrene paper. I cannot get the imprint off the glass -- hence it looks dirty. Hopefully over time this will polish off.”

“Overall very pleased hence i have purchased items twice before from them. Order confirmation e-mail was not as quick as normal but this is understandable with their outlet shop being closed due to Covid.”

“It arrived on time but didn't fit the 49"Samsung curved tv it only just just fits on the table due to the legs on the tv although you said it would fit would have bought the one for 55" instead”

“Order a tv table looks lovely perfect for my lounge only downside I paid to have the delivery on Saturday but then received an e-mail to say it would be Monday I no it was a large amount but could have had free delivery Tuesday/Wednesday but overall very pleased with my purchase”

We are pleased you are happy with your TV stand. Looking at your order you paid £3.00 for express next working day delivery which is how it was delivered - Monday being the working day after the Friday when you made the purchase. The Saturday delivery was a £4.99 option but unfortunately this was not selected at the basket. We will refund you your delivery charge as a gesture for the confusion.

“Ordered via eBay on behalf of my uncle. Fast delivery and good communication regarding anticipated delivery time beforehand. One of the parts for the tv stand was the wrong length, as this was within the pack it’s unlikely to have been The Plasma Centre’s fault. Within a couple of days a replacement part was sent out and we’re now happy with the product.”

“I am very pleased with the TNW Munich TV Stand purchased recently. Unfortunately, on their order confirmation, there was no mention of the colour had ordered and it was supplied in oak, not walnut which I thought I had ordered. It was exchanged with no problem. On most items I have ordered on-line, full details are supplied on Order Confirmations but not in this case, just a model number. I was told I had pressed the wrong button, so I would have to pay for the return carriage. This rather spoiled my opinion of this Company as to future orders. The product itself is excellent. The assembly instructions were clear and the parts well catalogued. The only parts missing were tea bags and sandwiches because with 50 bags of screws etc: it did take rather a long time to assemble but well worth it!”
