“Bad service, but no choice, if you want to order book good luck, ebooks do not works, you can print 2 pages at a time for your study, all prints comes with huge watermark which makes hard to study, pay for book but just for app, their ebook service useless , one more info do not trust coupons, it works at the beginning but they take it later bc some your order can not be done online without their confirmation, there was no reason for that. They like money as most of subscription based companies. From university bookstore, amazon, and their web page (lww shop), prices are different for same product (it was huge difference, that's why I added to review). Just do your homework before purchase from them. But at the end, you need their service for you school so as I said good luck.”
“Absolute joke. These folks have quite the racket, though. They will sell you your "books" and then if the website messes up, etc. you are out of luck. You can sit on hold for 2 hours, chat with an idiot bot or just get on Amazon and buy the damn book itself. They have the worst customer service and they don't have to care because they know you are required to use their services.

“Great intention, bad performance and iffy quality customer service. They are nice and sweet, but not equipped to solve your technical issues. The vSim only works with Google Chrome, unfortunately. So forget about your privacy concerns. The vSim constantly freezes so you have to resubmit the same thing over and over again (very time consuming). I would recommend the product, but the pricing they charge for the tools is NOT ALIGNED with their quality.”

I was told this was a "lifelong" membership, but I'm unable to access my account b/c I didn't use it for 2 years. In my old job, I didn't need this website, and now I do need it, especially in COVID where I'm acting as an online therapist. This website would be relevant. I was told I could re-purchase this product with the same email.”
