“Absolutely chuffed with my new watch band!!! x”

Helpful Report

“Pleased with the quality of the watch strap, however, this was supposed to be a birthday present for my sister but the delivery guy allowed my sister to sign for the parcel and ruined her surprise :(”

Helpful Report

Firstly - thank you for taking the time to leave a review as this helps us to improve the service we offer to our customers. We're sorry to hear that the delivery person allowed your sister to sign for the parcel in your absence. We do appreciate that items are often purchased as gifts and therefore ensure that our postal bags are unbranded. We will however certainly feed this back to our Royal Mail Business Manager. I do hope that your sister enjoys her new WsC strap and am pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality of it :)
