“Thanks, product great and quick dispatch. Saying that, Parcelforce are hopelessly organised. Great to receive a text with a one hour window slot for delivery but they never live up to commitments. Most delivery companies these days get it bang on, Parcelforce always 30 minutes to an hour late. Not the drivers fault, I think they over promise. Not great when you're managing a busy diary and have commitments elsewhere.”
