Good selection and good price. The packing of the shipment wasn’t good enough. One of the three bottles was taken out from the original box and repacked using the air packing for the tall bottle which wouldn’t fit. As the result the cork of the short bottle came off and the whisky was wasted. They offered but didn’t have the same bottle. In the end, I was refunded quickly. Overall I’m satisfied and I’d revisit and buy more whisky in the future.

The product seems great but was a little disappointed that it ended up being stuck with Jersey Post for more than a week whilst it was awaiting payment of the Customs duty. I completely understand that duty needs to be paid but it would have been good to have that included in the price so that it could have been paid at source. It sat in the delivery office for more than a week.

We are, unfortunately, unable to charge and give exact quotations of the additional import fees while placing the order, as they do vary on the delivery country and on the bottles ordered, weights and value, hence the import fees are only applied at the destination country. Payed for express, yes I got 2 pound off my express delivery price but my order didn't come in time for our guests .it cost me another 50 pound as I had to get some in

All OK and order arrived very quickly. BUT... WW are still using heavy duty non-recyclable PLASTIC bottle packaging. I'm sure they will say it is recyclable, but my research shows it will not be recycled. Masters of Malt are now using paper and cardboard for all but the most expensive products. SO one up to Masters of Malt on this occasion.

YOUR SITE WAS GOOD, HOWEVER PICKING UPS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM HAS ARRISEN. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER WHICH HAS BEEN IN THE COUNTRY SINCE MONDAY. REASON BEING THAT THEY HAVE SENT ME AN INVOICE FOR CUSTOMS AND VAT ONLY TODAY. THIS AFTER PROVIDING THEM WITH IMPORTERS CODE, VAT NUMBERS ETC. THEY NEVER SENT AN INVOICE UNTIL TODAY WHEN WE ASKED THEM WHERE THE SHIPMENT WAS.

Both of the bottles i orderred did come well packaged with even their individual boxes packaged well however the boxes were both damaged and scuffed. Presumably prior packaging. A bit dissapointed to be honest considerring they are quite expensive collectible items that lose their significance if they cant be presented in mint condition

The price was good for the Blue label but was delivered in a carrier bag too small for the drinks. As the item was meant to be a surprise for someone I was living with, this was quite disappointing as I had expected packaging

Whiskey bottles were well packed. The boxes were bent in the box and I had to cello tape them because the boxes kept opening. Order was around £91.60 but delivery of £4.95 was charged. Most deliveries are free over £50 but not in this case.

The drinks were fine but it was the delivery courier you used they left the drinks on my doorstep most the day as my misses stayed home for the delivery and they never knocked or rang to say it was there. Luckily when I got home it was still there.

Product didn't arrive on time. I know this is a DHL issue and not your own, but I paid for express delivery for the package to be available for a specific date, and unfortunately the package did not arrive in time for this date. Whisky fine and as described once it did arrive.
