Ordered 16th Nov 23 for delivery by 22 Nov.I am still waiting.Spoke to Whisky world by phone,utterly clueless.Would never use this company again.Pathetic.

Went to site after seeing 1ltre bottles of Grey Goose vodka for £39.90 Placed my order and received 2 x 70cl bottles. On closer investigation I had ordered the 70 cl bottles which unfortunately were the same price , misleading to say the least. Very disappointed , I could have bought 70 cl at my local supermarket for £32 each. I specifically wanted 1Ltre bottles , So I have learned my lesson .

I don't order often but I did once or twice per year in recent years. I've always been happy with the service but not this year. The courier delivered the parcell at 7:30 in the morning when everyone in the house was still asleep. I jumped out of bed when I was woken up to open the entrance remotely but the courier left a few seconds before I got to the intercom. I then received an email that I need to collect the parcel from Sainsbury's. There was no option given to have the parcel re-delivered. Now, I had to go out of my way to drive to Sainsbury's. When I arrived at Sainsbury's, it took them about half an hour to find my parcel. Whisky World said that this method saved their carbon footprint. They did not think that they added my carbon footprint, wasted my valuable time and forced me to incur extra fuel cost. I paid for a delivery charge, yet, I wasted time, effort and money. Whisky World added stress to my life this year.

Extremely disappointed that the bottle of whisky I ordered did not fit the box I also purchased. The box had a personal message on it I was unable to get a refund. Whilst I appreciate this, I consider that as the dimensions of the box were not on the website, an acknowledgement of this and of my disappointment, by a small refund, would have been much appreciated. I will not use this company again

I was very disappointed when this arrived I thought it was the 1.5ml I could of bought this half the price in the supermarket I shant be buying this again

I have already reviewed in trust pilot I was so disappointed as my order was not filled correctly. I was advised I would receive a free glass with each of my laphroig miniatures. This was for my special day, my wedding. Your company said they had advertised incorrectly therefore mis advertised. You will now understand why I was so upset and could not recommend your company or use again. Regards

It's our sincere regret that you were disappointed with your order; however, as we explained in the email, the free glasses we have advertised are only for orders of 70cl bottlings of Laphroaig, and not for the miniature 5cl bottles you ordered. We were in contact with you via email and offered a few solutions to make this right, but I am unaware if you saw my email as I haven't heard back from you. As we wrote to you, the whisky is still the same, it was only the packaging the bottler has changed, and the warehouse team wasn't aware of this change. lost shipment by DHL. And they refuse to calling me back to fix the problem. I dont blame on whisky world but this is a very bad shopping experience.

I was not happy with my purchase the box had been opened and the whiskey glass swapped for a plain one. So the point of the purchase was to get the Woodford reserve glass and I never. They said they would give me a £5 refund to make the difference which I am still yet to receive months later! Very disappointed!

The website, inventory, and pricing are all top notch. The delivery outside of the UK however, is an absolute mess and terrible experience. UPS is probably one of the worst shippers within the EU. Repeatedly providing incorrect delivery dates and then not even being able to locate my package on inquiry simply excludes any more purchases from the whiskyworld regardless of all the advantages.

The contents in the Christmas crackers was no better than buying from Tesco. Their were only two decent drama. Absolute rip off.
