“Hi Sam, The product I ordred was fine. Dealing with you was a pleasure, as I had to phone for Customer Services help when having difficulties placing my order online! However, all of your much valued and appreciated help was let down by your Company's appointed courier delivery service provider... DHL! DHL's driver that day, did NOT follow my....very specific and clear delivery instructions by....leaving the boxed package ordered 'INSIDE' my BLUE WHEELIE BIN along with my discarded rubbish...and NOT as instructed, ie, 'BEHIND' THE GREEN WHEELIE BIN INFRONT OF MY GARAGE!!!!! The driver is surely colour blind and unable to read simple instructions? Should they be doing this job and why doesn't your company take DHL to task over such incidents. They ruin your company's good service and reputation. I am a great believer in the saying... "You only get one chance to make a good first impression". DHL most definitely spoiled this 'first time order experience'. Regards, Paul Giannadrea”

“The service from the company was good However, the Godet XO Cognac should not really be referred to as Cognac. It's growing area is well outside the main cognac growing region. Not a patch on the likes of Hine, Hennessy or Martell. Really disappointed with our purchase. Had the growing area been detailed I would not have purchased this product.”

Thank you for your review. Please see below some information that might be helpful. Cognac is a French Controlled Origin Appellation (AOC) and a name of a city. This cognac AOC is divided in 6 Crus: - Borderies - Bon Bois - Grande Champagne - Bois Ordinaire - Petite champagne - Fins Bois La Rochelle city is located in Bois Ordinaires. The Godet family arrived in La Rochelle from Holland in 1588 and has been producing cognac since then. I hope this clarifies your concern. Kate The Whisky World Support Team

“You delivered an age restricted product to an under 18 year old.Nowhere on the packaging did it state that it was age restricted, if your current suppliers DHP do not care about the law then at least you should.Royal Mail for example the product would have age restriction on it and if the person looks under 25 ID is asked for the product itself was fine just the poor illegal delivery of it”

“Ordered 12 miniature gin bottles as a Christmas gift. Initially everything was good including fast delivery. Unfortunately 2 of the bottles had leaked during shipment, one losing about a quarter of the contents, the other less but resulting in a very sticky bottle. Response to fixing this issue has been slow and still not resolved despite sending photographs. The product is great, shipment was fast but customer service has so far been poor.”

“Firstly the prices are ok in general. Most major supermarkets are cheaper for your popular drinks. However the unusual and rare drinks are good value mainly as they can be hard to source. Delivery was a joke. It was delayed. For £4.95 I would have expected next day delivery. Instead it took several days. My order seemed to have gotten lost. I could have got 1st class recorded from royal mail and received in a day or 2. I have been using royal mail throughout the covid crisis and they have been exceptional. Instead it took much longer.”

“bin enttäuscht. die kartons wurden gefaltet und hatten einige knicke. zum zusammenbauen hätte man eine anleitung schicken sollen. eine frechheit die kartons zu falten. man kann die artikel auch komplett versenden wenn die gut verpackt werden”
