“In my opinion this is an outstanding company. Ordering via the website is extremely easy, and you get instant confirmation, followed - usually in less than 24 hours - by confirmation of despatch. They also use DPD, who are usually super-fast - and trackable! Shipping at £4.95 (free if you spend over £150) is a real bargain because it is per order, not per item, and includes the best and most robust packaging for these precious and expensive bottles that I have ever seen. It is practically bullet-proof! But their determination to ensure that customers are completely happy goes further: together with the impenetrable bottle wrap, they carefully include all original packaging e.g. fancy cardboard containers, in case you want to repackage the bottles e.g. in order to give them as a present. I think this is a fantastic company and will use them again and again.”
