“Promptly let me know there would be a delay with my order and gave the option to cancel or choose another product (I was happy to wait). They dealt with the issue professionally. Not all businesses do that. The product was delivered shortly afterwards in very good protective packaging.”

“I ordered a whisky advent calendar (way in advance as it's heading to Italy) and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly it was despatched and arrived, with notifications at each step too. The calendar was so well packaged that I haven't removed the (very neat) bubble wrap as I don't believe I could redo it that well; I'll just put wrapping paper over the top! Now it just has to get to Florence in one piece...”

“Item received in very quick time. Extra care taken over packaging of gift set, bottle and glass in box, (Bottle removed and packed separately so less chance of accidental breakage by smashing together in transit). Nice touch.”
