“It's all in the details. My first order with this company, but not my last and i will explain why. The world we live in i hardly ever visit a shop, so my first interaction with them is via their website, secondly and more importantly is how your actual goods arrive. I'm going to say it is the best presented package i have ever received, inside the main box was my whisky which had been removed from the tin and packed in a air inflated jacket and the tin that the bottle was originally in was wrapped carefully in bubble wrap, inside the tin was more packaging to strengthen the tin walls and finally a welcome card and my receipt. The card said it was packed by "Dan" so a big thank you to Dan, what all this means to me is that this company has high standards, because they make sure the customer gets their goods in as perfect condition as they possibly can and as this is the only interaction we may ever have, they make sure it is a good one. Well done to all involved in my order, it was a great experience shopping with you.”

“Good selection of whisky in the store. Delivery prompt, bottles well protected in plastic inflated tubes, some maybe a bit too tight to extract the bottle. I’d use again.”
