“ I called Customer Services yesterday (Monday 11th March) and they told me it is in stock, it's being processed and will be out for delivery at some point this week! I explained that it's too late I will arrange something else to get their immediately and requested a refund (as per my consumer rights) and they said it's not possible, but instead my mother can send it back once it's arrived. ”
