“I contacted the Wimbledon shop in good faith after my keyring broke - it wasn’t cheap but the quality was very poor. They requested a bank statement showing the transaction which I sent, then demanded full card details, including security code and time of transaction?! Most unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced and all I wanted was a replacement for a £10 keyring, their excessive demands are designed to stop you getting anything back, appalling! Then I’ve seen the rest of the poor reviews on here!”

“Worst UK online retail purchase process we have experienced in the 5 years based we've been based in the UK. All problems were present: - quantity errors leading to missing out on items, - automatic shopping cart clearing leading to missing out on items, - online payment errors without relevant error descriptions - £100 free shipping order threshold not applying -error - no tracking (although RoyalMail 48hr track used by Wimbledon) and late delivery - order not filled on delivery, apparently split into separate parcels with same tracking number, and lost or never delivered - no follow up or re-delivery option, no interest in remedying any error in the online shopping process until pushed due to failed delivery over 2 months after purchase - no redelivery of items and no refund on delivery cost, refund processed but remains unfulfilled 2 months after purchase”

“Ordered a $98 Wimbledon towel with my wife's name on it. It came with a different name on it. Cant get anyone to respond. I have all the info etc. of my order.”

“poor quality, terrible shipping service and damaged product. Seems these products are shipped directly from China via DHL. our package was crushed and white hat had some marks on it. its such a pain to write to the carrier, DHL and the store as to justify your complaint. These companies just wear you down with endless questions and proof via photographs. as a senior my niece will have to come over and take the photos and sent to the store. just a waste of time in my opinion.”

“Oh.. was I at the Wimbledon shop? I thought I was at “Shop Ralph Lauren, complete with exorbitant prices” shop! What on earth was Wimbledon thinking! I’ll bet you they don’t sell much this year! I certainly am not paying those prices!”

“Ordered a walking umbrella on 30th July and was sent a cap instead! In the box was my invoice for the umbrella too so a bit dismayed. Was asked to send the cap back before they would consider sending me the umbrella which I did on 4th August. The return address was only a few miles away but there have had no reply to my request for an update nor have I received my item. Rather shocked at this poor service. Please at least reply to this review and explain.”

“I am shocked and disappointed that an iconic brand like Wimbledon can be so bad. I am still waiting for my delivery over 3 weeks after ordering (Despite paying for 3-5 day delivery) and when I reached out for help I was told to chase the Royal Mail myself, I have contacted them again for help but they have so far chosen not to reply. I am saddened that my experience of shopping with them has been different from what you could reasonably expect and deserve. Ps. If I could have given them les than 1 star I would!”
