Sorry to hear your order has not yet arrived. I see that you contacted us the day after your order was dispatched to query where your badge was, and we recommended that you allow more time for delivery, as your order had only left the previous working day, as selected. We have not heard anything else from you regarding the order not being delivered. I apologise for the non delivery and I have arranged for your order to be refunded.

“ordered a little memorial plaque for our son, to sit beside my Mum's head stone. the plaque was perfect, not to small and not to big. Good quality. The words and print were perfect. Delivered quickly.”

“I stumbled upon this website a few years back during the end of lock down I believe, when I was looking for some 'special' birthday badges for my kids. Great selection of badges and sizes- I had only used them for this until recently but they have a vast selection of other bits too which I purchased this time round- number candles- really good quality and much bigger than shop bought ones, banner with number on- not many places that do all numbers! (1-100 here). Slightly disappointed my last order didn't come on time recently but won't stop me from using them, customer service is brilliant too. Emailed about an issue with me order and it was sorted and replacement shipped and received within 3 days. Throughly recommended, Thanks Guys and Girls! :-)”
