Ordered a badge with 70 on it and they sent one with 71 on it. Tried to ring to advise and no answer. Also took longer than expected to receive them!

Badges arrived promptly but the quality of the photo was mixed so the badges looked different which was really disappointing.Hope the company can sort this swiftly to avoid disappointing a lot of people. A pity cause 10 of the badges looked great.

Sorry to hear about the issue. I see the first time we heard about this was this morning, so we have not had time to resolve the issue. We will look into this when we are open on Monday.

I ordered a badge and paid extra for same day dispatch even tho I actually needed it in a week from ordering. However the badge never arrived, so I had a very disappointed daughter on her birthday. On the positive side the lady on the customer services phone was very helpful and sympathetic and I got a total refund within a few days.

Hi. Sorry to hear you badge arrived too late. Having looked at your order I can see you ordered on a Saturday, with the following Monday being a bank holiday. Your order was therefore dispatched on the Monday the 13th, the 5th working day after ordering as selected during checkout.

The badges are good and the quality is well worth the price paid, However; They do not communicate well at all. The bloke you get put through to, tends to argue the toss every time you have a problem or query. Badges don't arrive on time? Enquire about lateness and your order will be cancelled by the bloke in a fit of pique. Finally get the product you have ordered? It takes several phone calls to realise they rarely answer the phone and apparently, sending a request for payment to my personal PayPal (an email not used to order, but solely for contact) as opposed to the credit card used in the order is OK, never mind GDPR. Bloke's excuse for this? They did not need to re-issue the invoice as requested and PayPal is their "main way of doing business and we used your email you gave us. You can pay with the card through them." NO, I had to add the card to the personal account to do that, as badge centre would not take payment from the card over the phone or provide bank details to put the money into. Not worth the hassle to do this again.

Hi Jules Thanks for your order and I am pleased that you liked your badges. I do have to clarify a few points, to avoid confusion. When you called today you where clearly wanting to take exception to everything said or explained, so much so that a female colleague felt intimidated by your mannerisms and you where put through to a colleague who had more access to the payment system etc. Once again your intention seemed to be to take exception to everything that he we was trying to explain. With regards to PayPal. We use PayPal as they are one of the most trusted payment providers operating in the UK. As you had a balance with us, you where sent a payment reminder that we sent via PayPal, to the only email address you provided, completely in compliance with GDPR that allow for the use of the information you provide for the completion of a transaction - and taking payment forms part of a transaction. It was an email..... so it was a contact.... as you refer too. As explained you can pay by PayPal or by card, that is your choice when you arrive on PayPal's site. You do NOT have to add a card into PayPal to make payment, you can simply choose to not login and just make a card payment, we do this ourselves with suppliers who also use PayPal. You where offered to take payment over the phone but once the above was explained you calmed down and said that you would indeed actually follow the link and do it that way. You then went on to apologise. Shortly afterwards you seemed agitated again about GDPR, which during our explanation you hung up and you made paid as per the email request. With regards to the invoice, you where advised that there was no need to send it as you can login and download a copy, this is nothing to do with PayPal. I see you have logged in many times to check order status, so from that section you will see you can access a copy invoice. As explained, your order was cancelled as you advised via a message that you have had received assurances that you would have them by that day (the day you messaged). We had indeed let you down and not met that deadline, so too help resolve it quickly the person who responded to you explained what had happened and instantly refunded you. You then responded advising that actually you would be happy to get the badges later than the date that had been assured. As the refund had already been issued we had no way of stopping it, so we processed your order without the payment and sent them out to you. I have checked our call records and I can see that we have had three calls from you between 16th April and today. Out of them the first you spoke to a colleague for just over 8 mins, and today a call that lasted just over 5 mins before you hung up. There was one unanswered call made from you we received on Monday of this week at 11.44am. It was likely staff where busy answering calls as Monday is a very busy time for enquiries after weekend orders. We apologise for this. I am sorry you are unhappy, the service was obviously not to your liking and we apologise for that. At least we got the badges right and and I hope they serve their purpose. Thank you for making payment.

Badges are really well made and high quality. Only issue was I ordered them as Happy 50th but they arrived as Happy 40th. Not good but birthday boy was pleased to be thinking he was 40 again ;)

Badges took over 10 days to arrive. It would have been better if you had kept me informed of the delay. I could have made different arrangements for my clients.

Product good quality but my initial order was printed incorrectly, they did email back when allerted but not for a day or two and then just said they’d mark a replacement order as urgent, that took a week. Two emails chasing it remain unanswered. Product good, communication not so much :-/

Thanks for your order and feedback. I can see from your order that out if the 5 sizes of badges that we offer, you chose the smallest badge size that we offer. Sizes are made clear and the 25mm badge.... is 25mm.. which is about the size of a pound coin.

Hi The review system only allows one review per customer and this is the first we have heard about your issue. As you can imagine, over the past 2 years we have sold thousands of the EU badges that you purchased and we have never had any colour complaint issues, which I would expect from a badge that only has blue and yellow, with the yellow being a fundamental part of the EU flag ( the stars). I am sorry that you are disappointed, but not really sure what to say in this instance.

Good quality, quick delivery but once I placed the order I realised I had the font colour wrong - tried calling several times and hung on ringing until being cut off each time as no one picked up, wrote an e-mail but no one answered... Ended up with 20 badges with pink font - for a retirement... My fault but poor customer service in respect of being able to speak to someone.

Hi Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I am pleased that you like the quality of your badges. It is a shame however that you feel the price per badge is high, this is not something that has been said before. The badges you ordered where photo badges that where 50mm in size and where customised with both text and a photo. For this we only charged 95p per badge. This made your total order £16.20 (including delivery) for 16 badges. We feel this represents excellent value for money. Especially when many other companies offer a much smaller badge for the same price. Thanks again for your business and feedback.

Rather basic with a very loose brooch fastener at the back. But it will serve its purpose for one day. 😕

"The badges were fab and my daughters loved them. I was however disappointed in the service. I paid for the express service and although I appreciate that this does not guarantee express delivery I did not expect it to take three days from being dispatched using the advertised Royal Mail first class post. Unfortunately the badges did not arrive in time for my daughters birthdays
