Hi thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am saddened to see that you felt your badge was only worth 1 star, based purely on size alone. Firstly, with regards to the size itself, your order was for one of our custom photo badges which actually come in TWO sizes. When placing your order you have to make your own choice of size (this is not pre-selected for you). Until you have chosen the size you cannot progress your order. As part of that process you choose the 59mm Wide badge. As the option implies, that is actually the size of the badge and it is as clear as it possible can be.... 59mm wide. Out of the two available sizes you chose the smallest size option, which even though it is fully customised by us for you, we do only charge £2.30 for. It is a shame that you have rated us so poorly based on a size that you yourself chose to order. We make these badges as ordered and you couild have selected a larger size. With regards to other factors, I see that your order was dispatched 1 day earlier than selected and Royal Mail show us that your order was delivered to you on the very day that it was actually due to leave us. We think thats pretty good going! In conclusion, your order was fulfilled quicker than selected, was the size chosen (which is clearly visible) and was even delivered earlier than expected. If that justifies a 1 star, then so be it. Personally we are satisified that we have done everything that we could have done with your order.

Sorry to hear your order has not yet arrived. I see that you contacted us the day after your order was dispatched to query where your badge was, and we recommended that you allow more time for delivery, as your order had only left the previous working day, as selected. We have not heard anything else from you regarding the order not being delivered. I apologise for the non delivery and I have arranged for your order to be refunded.

For one i still haven't received my order for two the birthday it was for has now gone and haven't had a single email about it been dispatched or sent or anything

Sorry to hear your order has not arrived. The first we were made aware of this was 10 minutes ago in your message, which we have already replied to. Your order was shipped 2 days earlier than the estimate given when you ordered and it was sent First Class. As you can see from our reviews we pride ourselves on orders being sent quickly, often much quicker than the estimate given. We always welcome people to enquire about the status of an order and we would have been only too happy to have sent a replacement had we been made aware that it had not arrived before now. As the event has now passed, we have arranged a refund of your order in full. Apologies for the non delivery. This is in the process of being reported to Royal Mail.

I was very disappointed by how small the badges were, it was for my autistic grandson and no one can notice it, I was very annoyed.

Hi Tracy Firstly, thanks for your order and taking the time to leave us feedback. I see that you did indeed order our Autism related badges. These badges are available in 5 different sizes, they are, 25mm wide, 38mm wide, 50mm wide, 59mm wide and 75mm wide. During adding to your cart you have to select the size of the badge that you require and in your case out of the 5 available sizes you ordered the very smallest, the 25mm wide at 60p each. This is therefore what was sent out to you. Sorry that the badge was not big enough for your needs, but we are obligated to send the size chosen.

I sent my order on line accompanied by a photo on my sd card. The badges arrived with an 87% figure over the photo. I wrote. They replied saying it mustn't have uploaded to me from face book. I replied saying the fault must be there end as I sent it on their website ...so they must have captured it before it uploaded to their end. No response since...despite 3 more emails from me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY CONTROL. AVOID.

Hi Peter I am sorry that you are so dissatisfied. We have replied to every email you have sent, and yesterday (24th March) we have been back and forth with you all day. The image you uploaded is exactly as the picture you have uploaded with the review. As we have explained in around 6 emails, the image you uploaded has the 87% on it already. We did not add it on. We have emailed the image you have uploaded and it clearly already has the 87% circle on it. We have suggested in 2 emails that you open the image on your SD card, and you will see the image that you uploaded. There really is nothing more that we can do... we only have the image you uploaded.

I ordered my badges on the 11th Oct. It's now the 24th. I've never been sent a proof and despite numerous emails and a phone conve rsation still nothing. Today no one answering the phone. Until now I have been polite bit I'm reaching the end of my tether. I wanted the badges for this coming Monday and thought I had ordered in plenty of time. Have you gone into receivership?

Placed an order for 200 badges in July and have still haven’t been sent them, 3 months later. The company doesn’t answer the phone or reply to any of my emails chasing the order. They were fast to reply to email queries before I placed the order so I can only assume it is a scam and they never intended to send the badges once receiving payment

Disappointing service arrived 3 days past the birthday date...but then you could pay the ramped up quicker delivery time charge if you want them sooner other than rely on the 5 day processing time and the additional time it takes to the post them and deliver them. Not a good customer business model.

You had 3 options during checkout, you chose the slowest and cheapest one “ Dispatch in 5 working days - by First Class Royal Mail (allow additional 1-2 days for delivery”. The fact that you refer to the quicker option (which yes cost more) mean you where fully aware of the options, but decided against them. Should we really do them quicker, for no extra charge? You ordered on the afternoon of the 9th and your order left a day earlier than the 5 working days. You put no reference to a deadline and declined a faster service. The ‘model’ is clear, you order and chose your preferences during checkout..... which you did. Your order left a day earlier than selected but it would appear that you required more than you where willing to pay, which is not really a business model issue. Your order total, including postage and VAT was £3.70 (for 2 of our largest badges). I will arrange a refund of your order.

I ordered on August 9th and was advised the badges would be dispatched within 5 working days. The badges have still not arrived. No answer to my emails or phone calls.

Thanks for getting in touch. I can see that we have replied to all 3 messages that you have sent us. Your order was awaiting a reply to an email from our studio. The artwork you submitted was not usable for the badge size that you selected. You submitted a non-editable png but requested that we make changes which could not be done. Accordingly we have not been able to proceed. Can I recommend that you check your spam folder or login to your online account to check we have the correct email. In the meantime we will arrange for your order to be refunded.

Following notification of non receipt of my order 9732672 of 7/7/19 I got an email and also got through on the phone to track it. I was told I would get a replacement tomorrow 26.7 as they couldnt understand why I had not received my order which was supposed to be express delivery and which was purportedly sent ages ago. I was impressed with this response till I logged on to my account and as of 23.7 there was a comment ‘production awaiting despatch’ !! I would just appreciate the truth about the situation please.

I am really disappointed to see your review, after our conversation yesterday. As explained, your order was sent by Royal Mail Signed for however the tracking gave us no information. Accordingly we advised that we would send out replacements yesterday to guarantee delivery today before 1pm. This we have done and I see these where signed for today at 11.43am. With regards to the online status on the website, this is not updated live. You where told the truth yesterday and if you have concerns you where more than welcome to call again for an explanation or reassurance, We are a family operated business. We do not have barcode scanners that update live shipping status software that then integrates with the website order system or live shipping software that larger companies have. We pack by hand and either Royal Mail collect or we take to the local RMDO. This can often be late in the day or on Fridays even outside of our opening hours. Updating the website is a manual job, which is not prioritised as we prefer to focus on getting orders out. I trust you are happy with your badges,

Order no 9732530. I am resorting to posting on here as I have emailed/messaged 4 times and had no response as I’ve never received an order placed on 24/6/19. I have also tried calling but the phone just rings. All I would like is a refund!!!

Thanks for your review. Your order could not be made, as you did not provide correct artwork. You ordered a HEN BADGE, but supplied a photo of a badge that had been made by different company, meaning you and asked us to replicate them, for £1.90! We cannot copy other peoples designs. We also cannot create custom artwork and then supply 2 badges for £1.90. Today you have left this review and messaged us twice, on all three occasions asking about a refund. Your refund was processed on the 26th June. I would suggest that you contact your bank.

One star is too good - no stars would be more appropriate.I ordered badges 6 days ago and paid £5.25 delivery to be sure that they would arrive i good time for our lunch today in remembrance of my Mum who we sadly lost last year. Theyhave not arrived although I am told they were posted the same day 1st class mail. I have my doubts - they were probably overlooked. A refund has been agreed but the occasion will not be the same without them and cannot be replaced. Absolutely gutted and will not use them again. I have been unable to complete the questions below as the item was not received and I have not yet received the agreed refund. Do not use this company if you are ordering for an important event on a specific day.

As advised your order was sent as requested via Royal Mail, it is your choice whether you would prefer to believe this to be untrue, but from a commercial point of view it is not in our interest to take orders, not send them and refund. I would advise you contact Royal Mail. With regards to your refund, as with a card refunds, they take several days to arrive. Also a refund cannot be initiated until after your funds have cleared in our merchant account, which was only 2 days ago. Just like it take days for a refund to be processed, it takes several days before we receive your payment.

I ordered two badges and they took two weeks to be delivered to me. The birthdays for which they were ordered for had passed, and you can't even get my name right. It is Darren.
